Super goood
Very nice and kind staffs and they were very very welcoming even though my arrival was super late (6am) in the morning. Room condition was clean, quiet and comfortable. and also was the bed condition. Thank you very much! loved it<3

업무를 보기 위한 회의장과 아주 가까워서 만족스러웠습니다. 오픈한 지 얼마되지않아 청결하고 직원들도 모두 친절하였습니다. 다시 가게되면 반드시 여기 묵겠습니다.

Friendly staff, near SM Megamall
The room was okay, requested for a nice view but given a room with the view of the back of another hotel so did not bother opening the curtains. The shower only have half glass wall, no glass door to keep the water from splashing on the bathroom floor. The room was clean but something kept on biting me, leaving insects bite marks on my legs, neck and arms. The aircon was facing the wrong way and does not reach the bed itself so it gets really warm while sleeping but the area near the doorway was very cold as the aircon was facing that way. The staff are very nice and friendly especially the security guard who always greet me and the bellboy who helped me with my luggage. The hotel is very near the SM Megamall, within walking distance. I walked probably between 8-10 minutes. Will be a problem though to someone with knee problems as you have to climb stairs. There's a longer way if you don't want to use the stairs. Breakfast is not bad, depends on whether the food was still warm when you get there. Overall, the only attraction for me is the nearness to SM Megamall, so because of this, might stay here again.

Great Stay!
The hotel is in great location to the big malls. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast had a good assortment of food to try.

My stay was not as expected this time, I was not able to get a good nights rest or full sleep every night I stayed here. It was quite disappointing because I was on a business trip and definitely needed the rest especially when I got sick during my trip. The noise levels woke me up every morning especially in the early hours outside my door the there would be so much noise

The room was not cold, even though I was moved to another room. I was quite disappointed. It was so warm that I was sweating in my sleep, i was developing a cold. I have been staying at this hotel since 2016 whenever I come to Ortigas and never experience d Any discomfort except with my last stay at this hotel. I will need to look for another Hotel to stay the next time.

The location is ideal - SM Megamall and Shangrila Plaza are within walking distance. Facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Staff are professional. Parking is free and conveniently located.

I like the strategic location of the hotel close to banks, restaurants and shopping malls. Also, underground parking is easy to access from the side street. The bed/mattress is very clean and comfortable but the bathroom is on the small side.
