원래는 개인 저택이었던 세련되고 고급스러운 호텔. 정원이 있어서 더욱 특별하였음. 주변이 관광지가 아닌 주택가여서 밤에 치안도 좋아보였음. 아침식사도 훌륭함. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 가장가까운 메트로 역에서 걸어서 약10분정도 걸림.

Loved it, the only thing I would change is the LED lighting everywhere...so unfitting for a cosy bar, and in my particular bedroom the bedside wall sconces were too bright....when will the LED world come out with proper ambient lighting?

They had a happy hour and the breakfast was really good. We left at 3:15 am and the night desk person had a cab waiting for us when we came downstairs. Perfect location for walking and 5 min from train station.

Really cool vibe, really uniquely styled rooms, staff were pretty friendly only thing I could critique is that the floor had spots all over it which makes me think it was not properly cleaned

Incredible. Might be the cutest boutique in Rome. Room was larger than expected, quiet, and secure. Staff was efficient, professional, and just lovely. Highly recommend.

Although the street was noisy, our garden room was secluded and quiet. The staff was outstanding and always available. Major attractions were within walking distance.

Enjoyed our four night stay. Location is great and is a quiet surrounding which is no more than 20/25 minute walk from main attractions. Breakfast was good, small selection but enough to fill you up for the morning. Only issue we had with our garden room was the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room and when mentioned to staff they tried to fix it but it still didn’t work for the duration we were there.

We had specifically booked a unit on noble floor with full kitchen, however the major inconvenience was that the stove (not connected to electricity) and does not work. They offered to put us on a lesser priced ground floor unit with stove instead but we stayed on the noble floor. Many things needed repair (door handle falling off) but the staff was kind and quick to respond. One night there were ants in the bathroom, the staff came and cleaned and sprayed. The switch plates on the wall were loose and almost falling off. Overall the property had an old fashioned style, elegant chandeliers crystal glassware decor etc. The gardens and grounds were beautful but it's not possible to sit outside too long because of small biting bugs. The staff are kind and attentive.

I hesitate to write this review as I am afraid my hidden gem will no longer be a secret! Villa Laetitia is one of my favorite places to stay in the world. It's small and a bit eccentric but filled with character. Each room is decorated in their own unique one of a kind design and many have outdoor areas and kitchens. I love to discover a new room every time I stay as the design and attention to detail is impeccable. The staff at villa laetitia makes you feel like family and go above and beyond to do whatever they can to make your stay memorable, whenever I come back it's so lovey to see so many familiar faces. I love this place!

Séjour de six nuits
Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservée par le site, côté route, très bruyant jour et nuit, impossible de dormir. Le lendemain après réclamation, nous avons eu une autre chambre. Très belle demeure, petit déjeuner copieux et très bon, personnel fort agréable. Un peu loin du centre, peu de restaurants autour et cher pour les plats proposés. Réseau bus et métro pas loin

We had a lovely visit at Villa Laetitia with only one suggestion. We were in a Villa with a kitchenette and would suggest a few more utensils, such as dish towel, a few more dishes and dish soap. One evening we wanted to stay in and prepare a meal and there were so limited items that it made it very difficult.
