Staff was very accommodating! We arrived in the morning of our check-in day, they allowed us to park and use facilities provided by the resort. Unexpected, but very nice of them. They even got our room ready early! Easy walk to beach and dining options. Staff was able to give a lot of info on area, transportation,and dining options. Would definitely stay there again!

Condo was perfect, extremely clean, even the comforter! We loved location! Our negatives would be parking is very tight and you have to back out and navigate between the trees on left and cars but worked! It’s not as close to the beach as it states. The beach area for facility not good. The chair rental companies have the good part of beach and you’re VERY limited on space! We were asked to move 2 feet to be in front of a flag! We were not happy with that!! Needs to change!!!

The only complaint was the noise from the condominium nearby. In no way capris fault. I was in room 101. Kind of secluded and quiet. If you want quiet book room 101 or 102. Jemma was very helpful when I was struggling with the tv right before the Super Bowl. I’m pretty sure I’ll be back again next year.

Cute little cottage feel in a smaller setting. Close enough to walk everywhere or take the trolley so the car stayed parked.

Small but clean.
We stayed for 1 night, arriving late. Chloe from the office was friendly on the phone and let us know what to do after hours. We had not received an email with instructions. The room was very clean although stuffy. We turned on fans and opened windows. Small but adequate space. The glass topped dining table was the largest piece of furniture other than the queen bed — a little too big for the space. A convertable sofa is tucked in an alcove but no coffee table or ottoman. Did not make use of the small kitchenette. Shower is updated and bathroom is roomy although no counter space.

Quality that’s cute
Hidden little gem! Rooms are exactly as pictured, courtyard is beautiful, free ice and laundry (during certain hours of the day). Never made it to their private beach as we were in SK to see friends. Walkable to so many places.

The bathroom was small & old & the floors throughout the whole unit were not very clean. My feet were black on the bottom after walking on the floors after I showered. The appearance was not as clean as I expected when I made the reservation. The grounds needed care & the parking was difficult to get out of because there was one way in/out and you had to back all the way down the parking area to get out. The area for guests to do laundry was dirty and there was soap powder spilled that was never cleaned up.

Oh wow.....thank you for the feedback, however, I have to disagree. You spoke with me at checkout about a few of these issues but all. If you had discussed with me earlier any of your concerns I most certainly would have rectified it immediately. You did not mention anything other than the parking and we gave you the best and easiest parking spot we have in the lot right away, which you used for your entire stay, so I am not sure why parking was an issue for you. Our grounds are absolutely beautiful as any of previous guests would attest to and we take very good care of our grounds every single day. Our laundry room is not dirty. Not at all. If soap was spilled in the laundry room after 5pm, and our staff is gone for the day, it may not get cleaned up until 9am the next day... that's true, but our laundry room is not dirty. Perhaps we are not the hotel for you. Thank you!!

We do not normally use bleach to clean the rooms unless absolutely necessary, and we know guests do not enjoy that smell in the rooms so again we apologize. We had a great time staying at The Capri! It’s a beautiful property just a 2 min walk to the beach, dining options and shopping. The suite was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly also. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at the Capri! Elena was so wonderful and helpful getting us checked in. Our room was clean and our private beach was only a few minutes walk. Loved that it was so close to some great dining options as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Capri has a special place in my heart. We continue to come back year after year to continue making unforgettable memories with my family. The location of the property is wonderful, close enough to everything but also far enough to feel more secluded. The beach is just steps away from the property. The property itself is very clean and has everything needed for a family with two small children (ages 2 & 3). All staff are so lovely and make you feel at home. We will continue returning.
