There were roaches crawling around the bathroom. I requested a refund and a new room and was still charged after I had proof of the roaches.

Absolutely Horrific! Minus 10 stars. Shame on you Wyndham..wow..pics were ok so I booked..should have read reviews .my bad.arrived 1239 am after 8 hr drive with teen daughter..scared for my life .2 hookers walked by car as we parked..another toothless meth head approached us to help with our bags..we had to check in through a slot in a window. I immediately told the man I was afraid and wanted a refund .he said we had to go through our booking agent..I said we would look at room for 1 night we were exhausted..the hall was filthy and dirty .room was worse. Bedspreads stained..bathtub had a stain so bad my daughter thought it was a bath mat. Lampshade was torn and stained. I immediately got on phone to Expedia and begged for a refund..we were petrified. After much ado I was told I would get full refund and to just leave keys in room. We could not have left faster. This is the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Don't do it..beware!!!

Overall pretty terrible. My room was dirty. Furniture shop worn. Lamps didn't work. Bathtub dirty and stained. Mirrors dirty. I chose this as the listing started Breakfast included, which it was not. No Breakfast whatsoever. When I asked at front desk about even getting a cup of coffee, I was told its not provided. Buyer Beware!! This place is nowhere near what it is presented as!

Never recommend this property. Wyndham should remove its name from this "roach motel" It is the type of motel where homeless stay until their monthly check runs out. It was dirty, had bugs, gouges in the walls, and no amenities, not even a plastic water cup. There were many homeless sleeping around the property I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work, nor was a desk clerk present when I went to the lobby. We couldn't wait until morning so that we could leave. My wife and I are both 80 years old, have travelled a lot both in the US and Europe, are not "fussy" and can adapt to almost anything, but this motel is truly the "pits". You should be embarrassed to list it to your users.

The halls and room reeked of weed, and pubic hair was observed in the tub along with someone used bath soap on the tub (the room was not properly cleaned). It was noisy and noisy in the hallways at 3 a.m., and blood was also noticed on the sheets covered by a blanket. The only positive aspect of my stay was the size of the room and how it was arranged, however, I would not be returning to this property.

Albsolutely the worst place I have ever walked into. Filthy doesn’t even describe it. Look at the photos in some of the reviews. On top of that cockroaches everywhere. We could not even stay.

Very disappointing
Unfortunately, our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online when I booked. It was old and an extremely run down. The entire hotel smelled of smoke. The sheets were clean, but that was about it. I was also charged double by hotels.com for what the rooms usually go for per night. We will absolutely never stay here again. The gentleman at the front desk was nice.

Think twice!
The hotel is OLD and in a state of disrepair. There was trash in the stairwell. Amenities were disheveled and room furniture was damaged. We will NEVER stay here again! This is DEFINITELY NOT a 3.5 star hotel!!!

The first room they put us in was not cleaned, beds unmade, 3 bags of trash in the room, smelled like Chinese food; second room was clean but for the kitchenette, it had 1 fry pan all scratched, 1 pot all scratched, 1 bowl, and 1 knife.NO PLATES OR ANY OTHER SILVERWARE, NO PHONE... The gym was locked, when I went to the office the girl went and unlocked it, the olyptical didn't work, the treadmill didn't work, and the only free weights that were in there were the 50 pounders... Supposed to be non-smoking,but I saw many rooms with people smoking, looks like a homeless hotel to be honest...

This is without a doubt the nastiest hotel I ever stayed in. It was dirty, run down, trash everywhere. First room they gave me, the key didn't work, second room had someone in it. Finally got a third room. Toilet didn't work , no shower curtain . Felt unsafe the entire night. Stay here at your own peril.

The property's condition was awful. There were bugs; dead and alive in the room. Blood was on the wall as if there was a crime scene and my card got charged multiple times even though I didn’t stay there. Spoke with the manager, Susie who was very apologetic and promised to get me my money back. Would not recommend based on conditions. Staff were pleasant.

Nasty, dirty and filthy!!!!! Don't stay here.
STAY AWAY!!!! Go anywhere else. This hotel isn't fit for a dog. It has drug dealers, drug users and scary looking people lurking around. The desk person was rude and nasty and the place is filthy. STAY AWAY. Also, they charged me for a night even though l didn't even check in.

The property did not look like Hawthorn Suite hotel. It was more like a roach motel. It was run down in desperate need of attention. The bathroom was from a horror scene. In room telephone had the cables ripped out. The place reeked of marijuana. The staff was very disorientated. Took my family and only stayed 1 day and will never return. So please think twice before booking this hotel.

The hotel is ok for a person that likes camping or living off the land. It’s in a little rougher area. People were fighting next door at the gas station. The AC was very weak blowing so a little muggy in the room.

Not what was expected
Noisy - had to use a blanket to seal off door to help block sound and lights in hallway. Leaking water over tub from floor above! And it wasnt a new leak - cause it was rusty and moldy around the area of leak. Beds were hard as rock. Glad we were only there to sleep a few hours both night.

There was dried urine all over the toilet seat when we entered the bathroom. The refrigerator didnt work. The bathroom sink was clogged. Pros: no bugs, not noisy
