The property is beautiful and felt like you were in the jungle. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel was quiet and did not have rowdy patrons. Front desk service was excellent and addressed any concerns quickly. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, low key vacation. Areas of improvement include more attentive restaurant service, stronger alcoholic beverages, water/hot water consistency, drinking water stations could be placed throughout the property, and more accurate advertising of property amenities. There were areas of the property included in the resort map and website that were not open/accessible (market, beach club, Cleo, lancava, kids club, Berna).

This resort is MAGICAL, and the staff is so far above and beyond that I can’t even put into words how amazing each and every one of them were. So kind and bent over backwards all day, every day. Five stars aren’t enough.

I had a great experience at Poc Na, from the checking to the last day. Very nice team working there, superb beach, 3 dining options, breakfast with an amazing view. And one more time, great team!

O hotel fica dentro do parque nacional, e uma distância a pé do Sitio Arqueológico de Tulum, de frente para a praia com 3 restaurantes dentro. Isso conta muito para uma avaliação positiva. Somente como melhoria recomendaria incluir frigobar e wifi no quarto, e melhorar o chuveiro.

Beach a few feet away from our room. Some rooms have a beach view. Only tried one of their three restaurants. Very good. Outdoor restaurant in a jungle setting with cool music playing. Walking distance to the Tulum archeological ruins. Taxi ride into Tulum costs about $15 dollars. During the day from my room I could hear some music playing from the resort next door. However, this would stop at night and was not too bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great relaxing beach vacation. Quiet and personal. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Walkable to the ruins and south hotel zone. Felt safe and the restaurants associated were delicious. Would return.

I visited early this month and this was my favorite vacation ever. Absolutely beautiful room with ocean view. Staff were so attentive and helpful. No complaints. Walking distance to Restaurants near by and covid testing center. They really tried hard to keep the seaweed away which is not their fault. I very much appreciated that. I wish there was a pool and wifi in the rooms when outside was too hot but vacations aren’t meant to be spent on your phone so I get it. I’m definitely returning. Food was amazing too!

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, sehr ansprechende und große Zimmer, Frühstück lecker, allerdings etwas dürftig, mit tollem Ausblick, sehr schöner Strand, äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Am besten hat man hier einen Mietwagen, um die Gegend zu erkunden, hierfür sind auf der Anlage Parkplätze vorhanden.

Amazing hotel very clean and comfortable. It is quiet and relaxing. The staff were super helpful and attentive. The restaurant was also good, I would only say the dinner options are limited. Overall had an amazing stay.

I loved the room and jungle feel. The breakfast was good and gorgeous views. All the staff was friendly. The only 2 complaints i had were the staff managing the front gate spoke zero english, making it very hard to communicate. The other is we wanted to switch out some fruit on the fruit plate (not have papaya more pineapple) and they said it could bot be done, which it clearly could be. So i wasted 1/2 the fruit, which was unfortunate. Other than that we loved it, and we will be back!

We had a beautiful 4 night stay. The restaurant was delicious and so easy to order from while on the beach. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Everything felt clean and safe. Loved the morning yoga.

Property is by the beach but very limited activities in the resort, limited dining options and no transportation options other than asking for taxi which is very expensive in Tulum especially if you ask the hotel to order one.

It was quiet and we felt safe. Breakfast was included which was nice. Staff are very friendly. The beach is lovely lots of access to lounge chairs. We could walk the beach and enjoy other eating establishments especially the Mezzanine. The Tulum ruins are close by and visible from the beach. A suggestion would be to have more affordable fresh water available. A fridge in the room would be nice. Lots of activities and beautiful cenotes to see. We walked to the hotel zone one evening for dinner and although we enjoyed the experience of the sights and sounds (lots of music), we appreciated the tranquility of Hotel Poc Na in the evening.

This was the absolute best vacation experience we’ve ever had. Poc Na and the beach that it’s on are literal paradise. It is not on the main Tulum beach strip - this side of the beach is quieter, less tourist-crazy, less expensive, and provides a more beautiful and authentic Tulum experience. The staff were all amazing - really kind and helpful. The Concierge, Genaro, was awesome and provided us with great recommendations. Our room was spacious (we had a partial ocean view) and was cleaned well each day. The food at Ramon (the main restaurant) was actually quite good! Breakfast is provided and you pay for the rest but the prices were affordable compared to other places we went on the beach. The drinks were fantastic - highly recommend the Pina Colada. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Tulum! Thanks to the Poc Na team for providing an amazing experience!

Great hotel right on the beach!
Property is right on the beach--beautiful area. Beach side restaurant was very good--drinks were delicious. The room was spotless and spacious with a deck & chairs. Gorgeous view of the beach and sunrise. No fridge in room, but did have Nespresso coffee and hot water/tea service. Potable water available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only "complaint" (and not a big one) would have been the check in process. Room was not ready at 5 pm, but we just went down to the beach and had drinks. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

Attention ils nous ont prélevé 2 fois la même sommes et cela a été un long combat pour récupérer notre argent. Sur place les serveurs passent leur temps à vous demander des tips et s’ils ne sont pas assez important ils deviennent agressif . Nous avions une chambre avec vue océan et terrasse avec baignoire, on a jamais pu y mettre un pied vu la saleté, après plusieurs réclamations rien n’a changé . Restaurant très chère, la bouteille d eau 5 euros !!
Baignoire de notre terrasse inutilisable !!!

Paradisiac hotel, great attention and nothing to complain about, next time i go back to Tulum i will definitely check-in Poc Na again. Menu just needs to be more constant and have all the options available all the time.

Very nice and pretty beachfront resort inside the national park. Nature is integrated throughout and you will walk through various plants and sand between different parts of the hotel. Very lovely property through and through.

Beautiful bungalows surrounded by jungle and within a few feet from the ocean. Everything I needed to relax and reset: a hammock, a large meditation cushion, chairs and small table on a private deck outside my room. There was a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle in the room Free yoga in the mornings. There's no TV / Wifi inside the room. If you crave electronic distractions, you'll have to walk a few feet to the oceanfront restaurants or the reception area. Breakfast at Ramon's (onsite beachfront restaurant) was good. The bubbly was pricey at $13usd /flute Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered guidance and recommended a car rental to make it to the ruins at Coba and explore the cenotes which turn out to be a great idea.
