Beautiful view of the lake! Private veranda and a private dock where we launched our private boat tour. Food was amazing, as was the service. Love the guy selling alpaca clothing under the stairs!

The staff were fantastic, especially Jesus! The staff went out of thier way to assit with any request or questions. Highly reccommend this hotel.

We had a beautiful room with a terrace with forever views of Lake Titikaka. We enjoyed a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. The included breakfasts were delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Nice treat
It is an expensive hotel, but it is worth staying on the Titikaka lake. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff members were friendly.

Bon séjour, possibilité oxygène en cas de difficulté respiratoire à 4.000 mètres d'altitude, bonne cuisine, vue reposante sur le lac. Par contre, petit petit-déjeuner pas tout à fait à la hauteur de ce type d'établissements : jus de fruit imbuvables, autant ne pas en proposer!!!

Très bon séjour et très bon accueil
Très bon séjour dans un hôtel sympathique. Les chambres sont de qualité mais mériteraient peut être un coup de jeune. La différence de prix (du simple au double) entre un casa Andina standard (Colca par exemple où j’ai séjourné) et ce casa andina premium ne semble pas justifiée.

hotel on Lake Titicaca
We only had time for one night here but it was special. Our lake view room was very nice and had a great view of Lake Titicaca both at night and during the day. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Wish we had had more time for an extended stay. Beautiful grounds added to our pleasure.

Muy buena experiencia
Muy buen hotel, algo pequeño comparado con otros que dan frente al lago, pero muy completo y bien diseñado. El servicio es de primera y el restaurante ofrece comida de primera aunque a precios altos. El desayuno Buffet incluido es muy bueno y completo. La vista al lago es espectacular.

Hotel que no se corresponde con las estrellas que tiene, viejo, caro para la calidad que ofrecen, comida de de bajo nivel (ni desayunos ni cenas). Pagamos un suplemento por habitación con vistas y tuvimos que mantener las cortinas pasadas todo el tiempo (lo que se veía era la gente sentada en el restaurante). Solicitamos una gestión con otro hotel de la misma cadena y tardaron 3 días en darnos una respuesta (a pesar de nuestra insistencia al gerente). No lo recomendaría ni por el servicio, ni por las instalaciones ni por la calidad de la comida. Estuve en otros hoteles de la misma cadena y este se aleja mucho al nivel del resto.

the location is next to the lake, has nice view, but it's far to downtown, you need hotel to call a taxi for you. very friendly staff, made effort to meet our needs. also liked the surprise they prepared which is chocolate on the table.

Entono precioso con vista al lago Titicaca en frente la ciudad de Puno. Habitación amplia , cama king muy comoda , sábanas gustisas. Detalle de bienvenidade unos bombones muy bien presentados de diseño sobre piedra de pizarra, Muy bien el desayuno amplio, diverso muy completo, panadería y repostería hecho por ellos, Buen restaurante con 2 chimeneas muy agradable por la noche con excelentes vistas al Titicaca y Puno. Personal muy atento y profesional. Buena conexion de wifi en todo el hotel Como el chek out es muy pronto10:00 am pedí un latte chek out y me lo diero de cortesía hasta las 12:00 hrs. El traslado a la ciudad en taxi son diez minutos y un coste de entre ocho y diez sole peruanos. Sin duda lo recomiedo

great food and stay
great restaurant for dinner as well as the included breakfast. Good clean rooms, but we were a few door from the lobby on the second floor and it was noisy in the evenings as groups hung out at the bar and made their way to their rooms and kept talking - about 6-11pm and fine otherwise.

Great Location
Excellent choice for Puno. On Lake Titicaca with amazing views. Easy to get to the dock for tours of the lake. Great breakfast choices. Bar and restaurant very good. Room was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed and beautiful linens. The only problem, and it was minor, is that it's easy to hear every noise in the hallway. Using a "white noise" app on my iPhone solved that problem.

There food menu says something but they serve completely different thing. Front desk people are rude and will not accommodate any requests. Never staying here again.
