한국사람으로는 첫 손님이었다는 우리. 그래서 더 신경써주고 배려해준 호텔. 우리 전용 수영장은 아드로니스 보다도 더 최고였다고 감히 말할수 있을거 같다 그리고...무엇보다 이곳 조식 토마토 오믈렛은 내 인생 최고의 오믈렛이었다.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Oía located near all the shopping and restaurants. The room had an amazing view and everything I needed. The indoor pool was heated and had a great view as well! Delicious breakfast delivered to my room every morning. Easy and friendly check in process.

The view of the Caldera is spectacular and breathtaking. The only negative is that it’s at the bottom of a steep decline and you must walk countless irregular stairs up to get to the town. There are no elevators, only steep stairs. That said, a hot tub outside your room afford you views of the cliffs surrounding the Calera and the ships sailing in and out of port. The room is a cave built into the cliff and is quite large. Despite the steps, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Oia. The restaurant was closed when we were here in April 2024. to make up for this, the hotel sent breakfast directly to the room each morning, which was phenomenal, consisting of an omelette, or a Greek style, scrambled egg, Greek pastries, yogurt, and fruit salad.

We had the honey moon suite, and a special welcome or bottle of wine/other would have been nice. There was a stain in the couch and a small yellow stain on the pillow case :( Breakfast was good. The wind was really bad the day we stayed and it is difficult to enjoy the view in windy conditions as there is no shelter from it.

La habitación cumple cabalmente con lo ofrecido, tiene una muy conveniente ubicación cerca de restaurantes y comercios en Oia. Las vistas en amaneceres y atardeceres son espectaculares al igual que el desayuno, realmente completo y delicioso. Sin duda regresaríamos.

This was an AMAZING hotel. The staff is five star and the accommodations are five star as well! The views are more than breathtaking and I must say that this hotel is one of the finest I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel and I thank them for an incredible experience.

STAY away!! Arrived Oct 4th and the first thing we were asked was to pay in advance. NP. While checking in (4 PM) we were asked to fill out our breakfast form as they bring breakfast to your room. I was like - can you give us a moment to get to the room as we had been travelling for several hours! Arrived at room only to find 1 bottle of water for 2 people and was informed that there was not going to be any room service as the one and only person who does that was taken ill - we had a heated confrontation. Okay - no ice, no nothing just a bottle of water! I asked where the mini mart was as I need to get ice for my wifes knee so I trudged up the hill and down the other side - fun times. Upon my return the manager (thats the only staff they have) had dropped off a warm bottle of sparking rose. Warm and no ice! I walked up the steps again to mine check in to mention this and he just laughed - claimed he was trying to break the ice! Just tip of the iceberg here. Other notable problems - no AC in bedrooms - cannot imagine what is it like in summer unless you leave your bedroom doors open. Don't order any hot food for breakfast as it arrives stone cold (coffee was fine) Compared to the other amazing breakfasts that the other hotels had on our trip this was terrible Safe broken, bathroom outlet broken. Had to ask the person (male) who just let themselves in to clean plunge pool while my wife was changing to leave 1500 characters is all Expedia allows - too bad!!

Property is super cute and staff is super friendly and ready to help with pretty much anything. Is amazing how they remember your room as soon as they see your face :). Just be ready to clime up and down to the property, very steep but totally worth it. Their breakfast was one of the best, fresh and local ingredients. The office staff encouraged us to try as much as we can from their breakfast menu. The only negative was that their bar areas was closed due to their server being out sick.

Incredible caldera views from the private hot tub. Great start to the day with breakfast on the patio…also with those same amazing views. Nice and refreshing shared pool after a warm day…did I mention the views of the caldera? Heart of Oia, just steps from where everyone goes for the sunsets. Be prepared for some serious elevation changes…if only the porters could carry you too.

Ducato is well located in Oia, views are amazing although if you know the calderas that means going down and up lots of rough steps to get in and out of the hotel. The rooms are ample and well furnished with that rough Santorini feel. Bedding could be better but it’s ok. The bad things about Ducato are that it’s not a full service hotel. You will essentially get your room and that’s it. No restaurant, common areas, or extra accommodations while you stay which is hard to swallow for the price. The front desk staff is pretty great but the people working under them (eg. luggage and cleaning crew) act angry towards guests making you feel unwelcome.

Beautiful property and the staff was excellent. I just wish I was informed of my VIP benefits and minor issues with my room. A lot of cockroach’s in the room within my 3 day stay I probably killed 20 of them crawling around my room. No hot water and my hot tub was broken. Also somehow the safe was “not working” and I was constantly seeing stuff moved around in my room without my knowledge. I’m not sure if staff entered while my do not disturb sign was up but whatever. The breakfast was great.

Stayed with my girlfriend for two nights, in one of the cheaper rooms, staff were excellent, room was very well kept and the a/c was amazing I. The mid thirties heat 10/10

This property was the perfect place to stay in Santorini. It is far enough down the hillside that you don't get many people passing by and have incredible sea views. They helped us set up a transfer from the airport, and the staff met us up by the post-office to help carry our bags down for us. The staff there, especially Vangelis (I believe he is the nighttime concierge or manager) are amazing. Vangelis made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and always greeted us as we passed by to our room and was overall very accommodating and professional. The complimentary breakfast they serve to your room in the morning was amazing as well. Every night you get to choose what you would like, and they deliver it promptly at the time you chose. The hot tub with the room was great to use at night when it cooled off a bit, and the pool they have was usually empty around the time we went, and the perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. We also came back to our room every day, not only to have it perfectly cleaned, but also smelling amazing. They made sure to restock the bottled water in the room as well each day. If you are considering about staying here, don't even think about it, and just book it already :)
