Hi Carlos,Thank you for staying and I sincerely apologize for the troubles you had.- First thing I did today was to investigate the smell of smoke that you experienced. This is personally unacceptable to me and I have asked our team to investigate this right away. - Your issue with CPAP machine was brought to my attention and this weekend we have added brand new plugs next to each bed to accommodate future guests. I believe Jay was able to sort this out and thank you for letting us know about this improvement.- We have recently re-done all of our showers and grab bars are being installed this month for safety concerns. Our showers are very fast and at times this can be challenging on kids, I will ask our maintenance team to see if we can slow down the speed.- Our housekeeping is done every other day unless we are called upon however I will make sure our staff actively reached out to see if someone would like their rooms done daily. Thank you for letting us know about all of this issues you had encountered and we will work hard to address this.We hope next time you come visit us you will find our place much more accommodating.

Unfortunately this customer asked for a refund stating we have cockroach in our building however showed no proof of such thing. Our property gets insect treatment every month you can come visit our front office and check on this logs. Then she called Hotels.com to request for a full refund 3 days post stay. We are sorry but this is not how we would want to be treated.

Therefore, we started with the rooms first and then next year we will be starting with the exterior of the building.

Hi there.I'm sorry to hear about your experience during your stay at Sierra Inn. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by the condition of your room and the issue with the door. Unfortunately you were given a room that is on the part of the motel that is fairly dated. As we acquired the property in November 2022, we started working on remodeling our rooms. Due to this 15 rooms were out of the service.When you arrived at 11:53PM, this was the last room available and our manager should've informed that the room is subpar.The concerns on the ceiling and walls have been addressed as we have repainted most of the rooms now. The door lock issue was due to batteries running out and I have asked the housekeeping staff to replace the automatic lock batteries every 3 months to ensure this does not happen again. We take all guest feedback seriously, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Thank you for choosing Sierra Inn, and we apologize again for any inconvenience caused.

Hi Michael, first and foremost, thank you for staying with us. We are the new owner of the property. The smile you had encountered was due to the carpet in the room. Currently, we are in the process of removing all of the carpets from 10 of the rooms we have remaining. Unfortunately you stayed during one of the busier times and we were not able to commodate you in one of the better rooms.
