유일한단점이라곤 코로나땜 수영장운영을 안한다는것. 지하에있지만 엄청큰 퀸베드2개와 역시큰 테이블, tv는2대, 쇼파가 여러개 4인가족 이용하기에 굉장히 쾌적합니다. 간이주방이 있어서 다음에오면 간단히 해먹을수도 있겠어요. 지하에 포켓볼, 테이블축구 등 플레이공간을 잘 이용했습니다.리셉션직원도 친절했습니다.아, 이지역은 보호구역이라 차가진입못해요 미리 차를 5키로미터 정도 떨어진 아래마을에 파킹하고 택시나 기차로 이동해야합니다. 택시비가 비싸요 아주많이.

최악의호텔
가족이나 커플여행시 절대 가지마세요. 젊은 남자들끼리 싼값에 가실려면 추천합니다, 방은 넓습니다. 호텔스닷컴에 평점 9.4로 높게 되어있는데 이것은 뭔가가 잘못된것입니다. 저희는 2박을 예약했는데 1박만하고 1박은 포기하고 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 그리고 이호텔은 다른호텔의 지하실에 있는 창고를 방으로 개조한 호텔이라서 모든면에서 열악합니다.

체르마트역에서는 가까웠지만, 일단 뷰가 별로였고(제가 싼 방을 잡은 것도 있지만 ㅎㅎ) 발코니를 다른 방과 함께 써야해서 불편했어요. 가장 힘들었던 것은 너무나 추웠다는 것 ㅜㅜ 6번 숙소를 옮겨다녔지만 가장 추운 숙소였습니다. 스파가 있다고 했는데 저는 사용해보지 않아서 모르겠네요 ㅎㅎ

생각지도 않게 룸업그레이드 해주셔서 정말 좋았어요. 침대도 넓고 깨끗하고 주변도 조용하고 푹쉬었어요. 화장실 천장에 유리창문이 있어서 특이했구요. 역이랑도 가까워서 완전 굿굿

Big room and good breakfast
It was a semi-basement hotel room belonging to Alpen Resort building. I was surprised because the room was so big. It was big enough for four or more family members to stay, and there was kitchen facilities, too. We enjoyed breakfast very well and we were very satisfied with the pool time. It was close to the train station, the room was large and very comfortable. One thing I regret is that the Matterhorn view outside the window was not clear.

가족 5명이 사용하기에 너무나 넓고 쾌적한 방이었어요. 주방이 있어 간단한 식사를 해결할 수있었구요 욕실이 아래층에 있는 구조인데 먼저 묵었던 방 크기와 비슷했어요(단지 욕실크기가) 방 크기가 짐작되시는지.. 수영장, 탁구대, 배드민턴 코트, 테니스 코트 가지 갖추고 있더라구요 직원들은 매우 친절했구요 기차역에 pick up, drop off 해줍니다. 조식은 보통.. 다만 구글맵으로 검색하면 경로가 한참 돌게 나옵니다. 바로 찾아 갈 수있는데도요.. 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

기차역에서 가까웠으나 짐이 무거워 pick up 서비스 요청했습니다. 직원분께서 친절하게 안내해주셨고 넓은 방에서 안락하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 아침식사 메뉴는 많지 않았으나 적당했고 맛도 무난했습니다. 호텔에서 마터호른이 보이지는 않지만 시내중심까지 가까운 거리이니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

이 가격에 이 퀄리티라니!!당장 예약하세요!!!
반지하 노뷰라 걱정했는데 방도 너무 넓고, 화장실에 월풀욕조까지 있었음. 스위스 물가에서 이가격에 이정도 방 퀄리티는 이곳밖에 없을 것 같다. 말이 반지하지 바깥으로 나갈 수 있는 작은 마당에선 마테호른도 잘 보임. 심지어 호텔의 수영장과 사우나도 이용할 수 있고, 다른 스포츠시설도 이용할 수있고, 방에 식기류와 주방 냉장고까지 갖춰서 요리도 할 수 있어 가족여행 시 머무르기 좋은 호텔이다.비슷한 가격/약간 비싼 호텔에서 조처 조식운 빵이나 삶은계란이 전부였는데, 이 곳 조식은 그곳들에 비해 너무 훌륭했다. 스위스 여행하면서 최고의 호텔로 기억됐고, 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳임.그리고 이름은 다르지만 베스트웨스턴과 같은 호텔임.

여기서의 명칭과 현지 명칭이 달라 헷갈렸습니다. 그래도 모든 시설이 좋고, 특히 마테호른이 보여 아침에 동틀무렵 보면 황홀한 자태를 볼 수 있습니다.

The staff are very friendly and give me a pleasant surprise of free upgrade to Alpen Resort and Spa. There are lots of facilities including gym, swimming pool and whirlpool. They are clean and well maintained.

Our stay was amazing at Zermatt Budget Rooms hotel. It was very clean and spacious. The pool and spa amenities are wonderful. Staff is very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Best value for your dollar.

The budget rooms wildly exceeded our expectations - the rooms were huge! The pool was great, there's a game room right outside the door, breakfast was fantastic and the price was really good for Zermatt. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Zermatt!

Nice size room with a huge full room size bathroom in the basement. Convenient location though 10-12 minutes from train station so if you have heavy luggage ask for hotel shuttle. My kids loved the bathroom and its size.

We checked into a renovated room in Zermatt Budget Rooms, which is the basement level of Alpine Resorts and Spa. The triple room is very spacious with the beds on one side of the room, sitting area on the other, and the bathroom on a lower level accessible by stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was plentiful. The spa was fabulous—I particularly enjoyed the onsen. The only constructive criticism I have is that the fans in the bathroom were very loud and there was no was to turn them off. Eventually we got used to the noise, but it is quite noticeable. All in all, I highly recommend Zermatt Budget Rooms and I would absolutely stay here again if I were ever back in Zermatt.

This hotel fit the bill for our quick trip to Zermatt. We were there for one night. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Walkable, but hotel shuttle available to and from the train.

Fantastic hotel! I would even call it a resort! Clean. Quiet. Beds were comfortable and rooms are very spacious! We were very happy with our stay. I do wish they had explained how awesome their amenities are upon check in. We didn’t realize they had a whole spa experience for their guests. Hot saunas, dry saunas, 3 hot pools in addition to the regular pools. You name it. They have it. They also have fantastic breakfasts for their guests included with the stay. We would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend this place!
