Room was renovated and clean, towels new but not soft at all, carpets in hallways really dirty and the smell on the lobby not pleasant

Everything was fine and ok giving what u pay for the room. My only complaint was the microwave!! It was so horrible, my stomach turned when i opened and saw inside of it.

Nice place but wont return due to management

The stay was fine but will never go back as we wanted to cancel last day ,before even checking in, and hotel would not refund single night

Don’t stay here

When I came into the lobby to check in I was ignored for 20 minutes while man on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me or say anything the man that checked me in kept saying all my personal information out loud while other guest stood around my room had multiple roaches crawling around and my door lock was not safe I didn’t enjoy my stay the room was dirty and no one came to clean my room

The owner/manager was a bit abrasive as far as demeanor toward us when we arrived. The woman during the morning and day was very kind and friendly. Doors had to be finagled as they didn’t latch on their own, tub dripped, pool was filthy and very rough. Three of scraped our feet on the bottom of the pool. Food was decent. Service anytime we needed something was excellent. Kept clean and fresh towels each day.

The room was clean and they dealt with my dogs anxiety very well. It was just the pet fee was not included in the room booking when we booked it was an extra $50

My kids was disappointed the pool wasn’t open like we thought. It wasn’t that clean I had to literally wipe down spray myself. It was that dirty! Smoke detectors wasn’t working in the room, air wasn’t blowing correctly. It was cheap for three nights. I guess u get what you pay for. I made home Sunday and Monday tested positive for Covid. I’m want be staying at this hotel again!

The hall way smelled like smoke, the hall carpets were very dirty. My room had a broken toilet seat, and the tub was cracked. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The staff said the hall carpet was planned to be cleaned and was receptive to my criticism. The staff were friendly and helpful.

burn holes in sheets for a non smoking room and the staff was quite rude and unprofessional

Looked like they may be working on the property but the toilet was two low and the shower had a big hole in the tub. Microwave was old and nasty. Bed slid everytime you sit on it.

Great Value

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had a full-size fridge, hot plate, and was very spacious. The overall condition of the building was good. Only con I had was the bath towels were a little on the small side. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

It was too expensive to be so trashy. They had roaches, the shower does not work. I paid $211 for two nights, and they did not have enough towels for 3 people. The towels had stains on them. They did not have a elevator. It was disgusting!

Nope.

Rating of 7.2? No. Some of the reviews are obviously fake. The young woman at the front desk was really sweet. The ladies cleaning the rooms were all so really great. The manager or owner downstairs is a complete jerk. We asked for towels and he went off and gave us ONE hand towel. Breakfast is cereal and waffles or yogurt from a machine. ?? Cops came and threw out guests one night. Most of all, the words "NO ELEVATOR" shouldn't be in the fine print.
