We checked in and within 20 minutes had to check out because we found roaches in the bathroom in the sink. Property manager said expedia would process the refund, still waiting.

The first thing I found upon check-in was used needles a syringes in the kitchen cabinets. 2 evenings later, there was a shooting that echoed through the building. Following that, the SWAT team came through and went to every room. Throughout the rest of the week, there were alot of migrants sitting in the halls and loitering outside. I went outside one day and found a screw had been drilled into the door latch to prevent it from locking. You could hear dogs barking, kids crying, couples fighting, love making and every car door shut and engine start because the walls are so thin. Luckily, I had a bowling elephant who wore tap dancing shoes while pushing furniture across the floor who stayed in the room above me.

Its very affordable, pretty much safe only had one shooting since I’ve been here but am going to continue to stay longer. Only thing I have a problem with is they only clean the rooms every two weeks.

We stress the importance to all our guest not to prop and of the exterior doors open and never hold the door for someone you don't know. We pride ourselves on being very secure, but that includes the help of our guest be consistent and following the rules. I'm glad to hear you're staying. Thanks again.

Very clean and smelled good. Easy parking. Easy and fast check in. Loved that it was all key carded and no one could just walk in.

Got what I paid for
The bed was comfortable and the full sized fridge was great but everything else in the room just seemed super cheap. TV didn't work, phones didn't work, didn't have hand towels. Also beds need nightstand on both sides.

This was definitely a "no frills" place but the price and pictures showed that. It was comfortable for a 1 night stay and the price was great! Very friendly staff!

Nothing really cause hotel management kicked me out cause of some homeless people was let in at they made to my floor and camped out in front of my room and got the cops called and I wasn't even at my at the time and I asked for the manger of the hotel to speak to me and he wouldn't even talk to me he just took the word of the homeless people over a hotel guess and kicked me out I feel the manger there is very immature and very unprofessional about he handled the situation I feel he should've came to me and asked me about what was going on instead he handled it very poorly

Michael, I had conversation with the young lady in the room, days prior to your eviction about the traffic/homeless people that were beginning to camp out in front of your room. She assured me she would take care of the situation. It was not. My team is empowered to do what is necessary to take care of the property and its guest, up too and including removing guest when required. Safe Travels!

I usually like the hotel but because i guess they had the big boss there they completeky acted like we were totally beneath them and theives because when we had to call the front desk after just being there 20 minutes . I had to drip dry and put on clithes because we had no towels. When having to go down to the office to notify them they told us that there were towels and that we had to have done something with them . Like we stole there towels or something. Then they denied us towels still untill they looked at cameras to see that no towels were taking in earlier thatday by the maid. The most mind blowing part of it all was after seeing they were wrong we never got a apology just some rushed non folded towels. Completely embarrassing and totally unprofessional.

I was traveling for business and checked in just a few min before 10 pm. No one was there. I called like 10 times and didn’t feel safe waiting (female) with a bunch of Hispanic males watching so I left!

For $50 I wasn’t expecting much. But when the extra blanket in the room had old stains, and the bed wasn’t correctly done and the pillow shams were not on the pillow… well I wasn’t too happy. So 3 stars is more than enough.
