The property and the services exceeded my expectations. I was there for 8 nights and i had a great stay! Only minus is the area (lots of mechanic shops, and warehouses, etc.) There isn't much to do on foot. But with a car, you can get to everything you need to in less than 10-15 minutes.

The hotel is in a slightly industrial type area affording a good opportunity to see work and bustle in a non-tourist environment but still with many local restaurants to hand. Istanbul library is a short walk (we'll worth a visit for it's community spaces) and T4 metro/tram line station is also very close by. They serve a good breakfast and we all enjoyed swimming in the pool.

3/5 for a 4 night stay with family.
I would rate this hotel 3/5. Our first impression was not so great. The first night we arrived we were placed in a room that wreaked of smoke. I had insisted on having a smoke free room as I had 2 kids with me. When I notified the front desk reception, the gentleman said he understood my concern but did nothing about it. He even lied and said it was a smoke free room. I informed him it’s not smoke free as it smells very bad and my kids are coughing from inhaling the smoke smell. He said he didn’t have any available rooms and to spend the night and they will give us something in the morning. He sent a humidifier into our rooms, which made the smell even worse. Since we had no other accommodations we needed up staying the night. In the morning, I reminded reception again and they ended up giving us a room by the afternoon. The new room they gave us clearly had no smoking signage everywhere (which means the last room wasn’t). The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Breakfast included was very nice as well, lots of options. The area the hotel was in was very dingy. Our view from our window was overlooking a dumpster. Lots of car repair shops in the area. It was quite far from the city Center, but on our second day we figured out where to use the metro and it wasn’t so bad. Lots of walking. If you’re there for business or a one night stay it’s fine- I don’t recommend for family who are there for sight seeing or vacation.

Not good but also not too bad. Staff are nice but location and area nearby is not pleasant

This property is clean with immaculate sports facilities the staff are great the stand out staff member Koray at reception & Damla at the cafe. These 2 people are amazing keep up the good work well done I can’t wait to return !

On Arrival I was greeted by the receptionist a gentleman named Koray & I must say he was extremely helpful he helped me with all of my questions and inquiries. Koray was very helpful, knowledgable & extremely resourceful. Koray assisted me with connecting to the Wi-Fi he explained the timings of all the facilities and there locations the restaurant the cigar the gym and the swimming pool. Koray was extremely professional and very good at his job so thank you Koray. At the cafe I met a lady called Damla, Damla had great knowledge about the city and it’s navigation and public transport just like Koray. Damla had exceptional customer service skills she was very professional, Very helpful & very friendly these 2 members of staff went above and beyond I can’t thank them enough they made my stay extremely please take so thank you Koray & Damla. Now about the hotel. The lobby is to die for it is huge clean & exceptional 10/10 There is a split off the restaurant is all the way at the end of the lobby it has great staff great food and drink selections there is a variety for everyone and it’s very good food 10/10 On the other end of the lobby is the cafe a lady called Damla was running the cafe during my stay and it was exceptionally clean , Everything was laid out perfectly and neatly the coffee and juices were subliminal 10/10 well done Damla you can be very proud !!! The sports facilities are brilliant there’s something for everyone 10/10 I will be back very soon!
