Il personale dell'albergo è gentilissimo, disponibile ed un'attenzione particolare merita lo chef che ci ha deliziato ogni mattina con i suoi dolci appena sfornati sempre diversi e tutti buonissimi, oltretutto anche molto simpatico. Da consigliare assolutamente. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Underbart charmigt hotell vid hamnen. Färgstarkt med mycket konst och lite äldre möbler, vilket skapar en välkomnande atmosfär. Frukosten är paradiset för alla kakälskare, där de olika hembakta kakorna radas upp.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good night sleep. On Sat night 2 July, a cafe/restaurant just a few yards from our room, had a band playing, drums/guitars. Even with the windows closed, the whole room felt like it was shaking. This noise only stopped about 1am. I went to Hotel Reception, the front door was still open at this time (1am)and the noise was dreadful. In the morning, management apologies!

Fantastic art hotel with big rooms
Big very comfortable room. Perfect for three. Everything was good with this hotel right by the sea, but most we appreciated the owners art on the walls. It´s like a big gallery and the most creative hotel I have seen. Extra ordinary nice owner and a gigantic plus that we got a fantastic breakfast to our room. Highly recommended to every Elba traveller.

Le spiagge nei dintorni non sono delle più belle! Ma è comodissimo!! Proprio davanti al porto! Parcheggio gratuito a due passi, zona molto tranquilla!! Bella la vista dalla terrazza(camera vista mare terzo piano)!

Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal. Nybakat på frukosten. Underbart läge ovanför hamnen med havsutsikt från balkongen. En mysig ort om man vill ha lugn och ro.

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Hotel ist ins gesammt sauber, gepflegt und modern möbiliert. Sehr freudlichen Mittarbeitern. Alle Geschäffte und Lokale sind in jeder Ecke. Parkplatz für Motorrad direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr guter Preis. Sehr gern wieder

Week-end perfetto, esperienza da ripetere.
Hotel con una buona posizione, facilissimo da raggiungere anche a piedi una volta sbarcati. Camere sufficientemente comode, pulite e spaziose. Personale molto gentile disponibile e "carino" nei modi, sempre pronto a darti qualche buon consiglio (spiaggie da vedere, posti dove mangiare, ecc.). Nel complesso la mia esperienza è da considerarsi più che positiva.

Walked in, took one look at the high windlowless walls, the 1970's furniture, no air con and general lack of soul/character and thought this was not the place holidays are made of. My boyfriend commented it might be acceptable if he was on day release from prison. Told the mono-sylabbic lady on reception we were leaving and her reply "but you've already paid" - says it all really. The town felt very tired and lifeless, had no compulsion to stay so drove to near the port and left Elba for the solace of the mainland.

Very convenient
Friendly staff, convenient location (less than 5 min walk from ferry, beach & food), clean room, decent breakfast. Rio Marina is pretty small and quiet. Good for a nice relaxing stay.

La posizione dell'hotel e' ottima, a 2 minuti dall'attracco del traghetto. La camera e' buona, la colazione pure.

Hotel propre mais très bruyant, mobilier d'époque 1970 en rouge et un superbe téléphone vert pastel qu'on ne trouve que dans les antiquités. chambre petite, pas de bac à douche c'est direct au sol et inondation assurée, pas de clim, petit déjeuner très limité, 1 croissant par personne un peu juste. Mais le plus désagréable est de voir que le prix de la chambre indiqué sur la porte est moins cher que le prix payé par internet ( hors frais de résa) et on n'était pas les seuls à faire ce constat.... surtout que la chambre ne vaut sincèrment pas ce prix !!

Fint hotell för klassen. Trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger i stort sett i hamnen och det är nära till allt som finns i samhället, som är ganska litet men mycket trevligt och lugnt. Inget för barnfamiljer kanske men mycket trevligt, tyckte vi. Ett flertal restauranger med mycket god mat och dryck. Rekommenderas om man söker ett lugnt tempo i tillvaron. Det enda vi saknade var en balkong på vårt rum.

The perfect hotel for Rome
We chose this hotel based on its cheap price and great reviews, and it definitely fit our expections and then some... We were shocked that a hotel only 10-15 dollars more than the cheapest in the location could get us such a nice room. The bathroom had a jacuzzi, we had a balcony, and a sitting room with an exercise bike, and this was at the cheapest rate offered. Furthermore, the service was very friendly and helpful. They give you a map with all the must-see locations in Rome, and the metro was a 5-minute walk away. A very decent buffett breakfast is also offered on the covered roof of the hotel. Highly reccommended!!

Fantastic place to stay Great Hotel!
My wife and i stayed two nights at the Hotel Rio in early September. The staff was more than helpfull with any question or request we had and very friendly. the Breakfast was nice and worth money. i have recommended this hotel to friends and will continue to do so. By far a highlight of our trip to Italy.

Hotel discreto, sia come posizione che come comfort, consigliato, terminal traghetti a 300 metri, spiagge vicino a pochi km, ci vuole il mezzo; discreta pulizia delle camere, personale cordiale e gentile, disponibile, unica cosa: climatizzatore a pagamento, 15 euro a notte è davvero tanto. Per il resto può andare, consiglio camera comfort.

loved the location
hotel rio sul mare was easy to locate and right near the ferry. my son and i enjoyed having the children's playground right across the street. also, numerous places to eat that were reasonably priced and tasty. the staff were helpful and responsive to questions and concerns that i had.

Reasonably priced hotel
I stayed in this hotel with a freind for 4 nights for beach holiday. Room was clean and well maintained. We had a few problems with the shower but once reception was informed they fixed this up by the next day as promised. Breakfast was good although coffee & other food ran out and wasn't replaced very quickly. For a cheap hotel I would reccommend staying here.

la surprise en arrivant pour avoir la clim il fallait payer 15 euros par jour de supplement. dommage le séjour aurait demarrer sur une meilleure impression surtout qu'il faisait trés chaud.....
