The morning we left at 4:30am the air conditioner blowed up filling the room with smoke after shooting out a huge flame that instantly woke us up. Room 223 had duct taped the cord together. We are so lucky noone got hurt. We went to let the office know, and found the attendant asleep on a couch with his shoes off. After explaining what happened he states 'I will let them know when they come in". Sent us back to our room to try and sleep the rest of the night. Not happening! After 5 days of 5ft freezing showers, hot water running in the toilet constantly, no towels or wash cloths, no coffee pot, kids running and screaming at all hours of the day, no pool water, and up every 2 hours checking on our vehicle. The area in the back is real shady. Several people were arrested and pulled out of their room. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I know we stayed during Rod Run week but, we were constantly harassed by the ones who wanted their cars to sell. We weren't in the market the pressure was annoying.

The location was great, however, the room was filthy and smelled. The bedspread was stained. The entire place reeked of marijuana with lots of people sitting out on the balconies smoking. We cancelled our stay and did not spend more than a few minutes there. Safety with a small child was definitely a concern. The staff was extremely helpful and understood and reversed our charges quickly. We appreciated them.

The property was nasty customer service sucked black mold in the rooms beds where broke tv didnt work and there was no cold water straight hot.

The best part is its proximity to the Island in Pigeon Forge. You can walk there quickly. The property was right on the main strip. So it is not quiet, especially if you are in the front. The property could use updating but was clean and safe. The room was clean, but the bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom was a little run down. Overall it was what you expect for the price.

They kept our deposit and we literally just stayed for one night. They said it would be given back at check out the next morning but was still taken out of our account and not refunded

Check in was easy and fast Everything in the room was satisfactory. Couple things to get used to, Roku TV and was very noisy. Had a good stay overall

There should be a 0 star rating this place is horrible dirty the bed was broken the pool was closed but had dirty water in it there was a bloody pad on the stairs the hole time we were there the staff was very rude I asked for towels 3 times the door didn’t shut to our room there was a inch gap between the door and floor the staff has family members (kids) sitting the lobby

The bed was not cleaned and smelled of urine, the bathroom had no water pressure, Saturday night there was no parking so We couldn’t park our car. Reeked of Marijuana for the 86 bucks I got What I payed for over all the beds were uncomfortable if this is what you can afford just prepare for a bad nights sleep

Terrible smell in the room. Bed sheets had very nasty stains that looked sexual in nature. Water would not stop leaking in bathroom. Bed smelled like ciggerets. When I asked right away if I could get a refund, I was denied. They charge a 75 dollor deposit that I do not think i will get back . The front desk service was not willing to work with us at all. This place deserves negative starts.

Located near the Island but don’t waste your time at this location. Staff were rude. Lobby with poor lighting with security cameras with wiring strung across the wall. The location was off the drag and go carts next to hotel. The cleaner used was fabuloso, which is not an antibacterial cleaner. The room was strong odor said f fabuloso that we were choking. I did not like it when it appeared that people were living in the hotel. That did it for me. We left after checking in and viewing the room. When i tried to clock out the saleman for local shows told me i could just leave. Wait a minute, what about my $75 deposit that i had to pay at check in. I said i want my deposit back, oh okay then you have to wait in line! No way was Leaving without my deposit or they would have kept that. Oh I even paid in full prior to arrival and a room was not reserved upon arrival.

Unsafe!!!Do not stay here!Please save yourself some heartache,time,money effort and go somewhere else.Not one to comment on a lot of reviews but do not want anyone to waste their vacay going what we went through.First of all,the staff was not very helpful kind of scatter brained and hindsight tells me they deal with unhappy tenants all the time. Even during check in there were clients wanting to change rooms or a refund. That should have been a sign but we gave them the benefit of a doubt and went to our room only to find out on the way to our room a fellow hotel tenant stopped to tell us that she had to tell us she had to switch rooms b/c the doors to her room would not open and shut properly. Again we continued on to our room and sure enough our doors would not open and close without whole body force to open and close. The toilet kept overflowing and by morning the toilet would not stop gushing water put onto the floor. We rushed to call front desk by the telephone in room only to find the phone did not work. Not only that when we initially got into our room we had no towels and only one roll of toilet paper. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Thus the towels we received had to be used to soak up the toilet water that was quickly filling up the room floor b/c we couldn't get any help from staff to assist in the situation b/c it was not during normal working hours.Needless to say my hubby wound up mopping while I was on cell trying find another motel.Unsafe.Stay away

They only had shopping carts to bring your stuff into the room. The room was dirty and when we pulled up the sheets was black dirt, bathroom was dirty, and you could hear our neighbors all night.

Parking is a nightmare. The property is extremely ran down. We were here long enough to sleep one night won’t go back. Caught a hoodlum trying to peep into my car windows. Pretty sure there are permanent residents that live here. Did NOT feel safe. Extremely dirty and dilapidated. Pool is empty. Lobby was FULL of people who scared me. For lack of better terms it was “ghetto”. Great location though. Not quiet at all. People would walk down the walkway and just randomly knock on our windows. DO NOT STAY HERE

The first room was horrible. No towels the TV was broke and the shower didn't work. The toilet didn't fill up to flush so we moved rooms. The second room was so much better but the beds were stained up, still no towels and there was no breakfast

I didn't like anything about it. The room phone had no cord to call the front desk. The people at the desk were rude. We had no wash clothes for three days. Kept asking for some but didn't get any. We came home Thursday ,not Friday. The woman at the desk at check-in was talking to another worker. I had to wait for her to hear about his week-end before she checked us in. Rude! We were not happy about our stay there.

The pictures look much nicer than what the property really looks like. Its not very clean. The floors are definitely not mopped. When i put the towel on the floor after the shower, to step on, it came back up super dirty. Only 1 role of toilet paper. No extra towels. Im not sure what it was, but whenever we walked into the room we would get allergies. And woke up with stuffy noses.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. When I looked up at the ceiling in the bathroom there was black mold! The vent in the bathroom was covered in layers of dust! Beds were clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for!

The outside is very rundown..building looked awful and people sleeping in their vehicles in parking lot. We passed many rooms with open doors. Some rooms had people in them and some empty. Bathroom was dirty and toilet ran on and off. Both blankets on the beds were dirty so I pull the blankets off and one of the sheets had blood on it and the other sheet had random stains. Beds were so uncomfortable and each bed had just 2 small thin pillows. When I called the front desk to check their late checkin policy the lady was very rude.

We have stayed here in the past and loved the closeness to the strip and parking out of the weather. This time was TERRIBLE. The rooms were nasty with stains on the bedding. Stains in the tub. Just overall, bad room cleaning. We appreciate the customer service at the desk but the rooms were terrible. We had to move rooms TWICE. The first room was not cleaned. Second room the shower was broke and the third room was nasty to the point we didn’t want to take a shower. Please if you want a peace of mind, do not stay here.

Inexpensive yes. The room smells of bleach very sterile feeling. The elevator had extremely sticky floors and the hall did too. It was sufficient for a room for the night but not if you were looking for comfort or coziness.

Our room had no toilet paper or toilet paper holder, no towels, No cover on the back of the card reader to open the door leaving the batteries and workings exposed, no locking mechanism on the door besides the key reader lock, bugs in the room, Cockroaches and bed bugs 2 doors down, and no one at the desk most of the time to lodge a complaint. We found the clerk and insisted on our money back and found a new hotel without even thinking of staying the night. I believe you may need to visit the places that you advertise and rethink the number of stars on your site before you look all credibility! We usually love Wyndhams so this was very disappointing and unexpected! Please remove this listing off of your choices. By far not a safe or clean place for anyone much less a family to stay!

DO NOT EVERY STAY HERE!!!!! This property is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! From the dirty beds, holes in the walls, bloodstains on the chairs - it is GROSS! The entire place wreaks of cigarette smoke even though the rooms are supposedly non-smoking. The property itself is littered with trash and cigarette butts. Half of the hotel is occupied with meth addicts that live there. I could not allow my 16 year old outside by herself, it was not safe. Do better Wyndham... you should be ashamed of yourself to attached your name to this disgrace of a property!!

When I was checking in someone else was complaining about bugs on their bed. Someone else was complaining about the refrigerator not working. There was cigarette butts all over the outside balcony. The cover fell off the door lock. The bathroom door was falling off the frame. The toilet was loose.
