It's an older property, one that put me in mind of vacation places my family stayed in when I was younger. Pros: Nice big suite, all appliances as promised, really great location close to lots of shops and restaurants and a mall with two grocery stores and the train station and the convention center etc..., staff was nice and helpful Cons: Some stickiness in out-of-the-way places like the tops of shelves, some dustiness elsewhere, cafe downstairs wasn't quite up and running yet (probably is now though), thin walls so if folks in the other rooms are being noisy you'll definitely hear it

Good large rooms, clean, very convenient location, especially for Convention Centre, and lor local coffee/breakfast shops. Could have been clearer on cleaning arrangements, but excellent overall.

Great stay
Great hotel for money paid..large unit.. Has everything you will need including washing machine. Close to railway station & bus interchange. Quiet area. Easy late night checkin. Easy walking distance to central plaza shopping central & woolies supermarket & esplanade. Kitchen not modern looking but very functional full of all utensils plus more. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & will stay again.

湯沸かしポットが使えなくなりフロントに持っていくと、確認してすぐに新品と交換してくれた。街中なのに、とても静か。早朝での到着に際し、エクストラチャージでのアーリーチェックインの案内をしてくれて、とても助かった。 空港へのタクシーを依頼したところ、時間通りに、荷物の大きさに合うタクシーを手配してくれた。

アイアンマンレースに参加するために4泊しました。キッチン付きでコンドミニアムのような構成です。シンクの水道が首振りできないのが不便でした。コンドミニアムのような部屋を探している方にはちょうど良いかと思います。ケアンズシティの要所はほぼすべて徒歩圏で利便性もよいです。

Very centrally located. Easy walk to large shopping center, train station. Very nice unit. Bigger than a studio. Has everything provided including washer/ dryer. Even provided washing detergent, laundry detergent. Very clean.

An easy stay at these apartments. Late check-in was easily organised with friendly service. The undercover parking is a great inclusion. I enjoyed the pool for a cool down at the end of the day. Close to town to walk in and out for dinner and shopping.

Close to center of town, with on-site parking. Nice apartment style living. Front desk manager very helpful. We had a problem with the air conditioning but he had it fixed first thing the next day.

Great location particularly because we caught the train to Nambour - train station very close. Close to market too. Good pool area. Friendly staff.

Overall, stay was good. The accommodation is very well located. There were some issues with a room we were placed in on our first night - it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke - but when we told the owner about this the next morning he was responsive and immediately moved us into a new room, despite the accommodation being very busy. A member of the housekeeping team, Sarah, was especially helpful.

Pool and spa was very good. Hotel location is good, close to shopping centres and transport. Microwave oven didn't work. All amenities were very old.

Check in was very smooth. Staff were extremely helpful with helping with secure parking and carrying luggage to room. Room was very clean and all amenities needed. Close proximity to CBD and Walking distance to Esplanade.

NIce apartments in a great location
Very nice well equipped apartment in a great location for the CBD and the wharf. Warren on the desk was a star suggesting trips and making bookings keeping things flexible because of the unpredictable weather.
