Hi Shawn, I believe that you were a noshow for your reservation at our hotel, and having used a 3rd party booking platform to make your booking, were unable to cancel your reservation and have your cancellation fee waived. I am going by the name on the reservation and the dates your were booked - we had no other Shawn booked with us during that time. If there is another reason for the low rating, I would love to hear from you.
