It was outdated. Elevators broke daily but they were fixed promptly. Service was amazing. Staff was wonderful. Great staff. I look forward to visiting after the upgrades.

The reading lights (above the beds) in our suite didn’t work. One of our bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly. Housekeeping didn’t do a great job (surfaces in our room weren’t wiped down, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the bathroom mirror was spotty/streaky). The bathrooms near the Cove/Reef beach were gross and not attended to (e.g., no toilet paper, no paper towel). While the staff at the front desk was lovely, other staff (e.g., bartenders at Fish and Paranza) were less so. The food at the restaurants was good (but not amazing, which I expected, given the caliber of the resort), and the prices for everything were exorbitant — especially given the cost just for the room! I will likely not go back.

Our family loved our stay at the Cove. Even though it was a busy spring break week, we still managed to do all we had hoped to do. Only difficulty was securing breakfast - limited options available.

Check-in today at around 4:00PM and it took a long time (after a long trip) and there was no acknowledgement from anyone of us standing there right at the reception floor, and until I asked a concierge that wasn’t talking to anyone to please help us check in and just said to give her a moment until one of the only two other people working there was able to get us in. Even though I asked very politely, the receptionist flat out said there was no availability whatsoever for upgrading the room. And as I was afraid to see from previous reviews, the room (I’m sure was nice when built) is clean but has no view, it is now very outdated, carpet is beyond its last leg (very worn) and everything is just outdated for the price per night. To get to the room we were just told left, right, and left again… is like you are on your own kind of a place. The WiFi credentials had my last name spelled incomplete/incorrect, and it took three calls to get this information from them in order to log in. We had a walk at the beach for sunrise and saw trash on the sand, sea-weed, a left behind old sandal, not what you would expect to see on a place like this for what the cost is. Not a good first day.

Wifi doesn't work. We asked the administrator to check if there was a problem, they took my phone and put it in airplane mode. CRAIG LIGHTBOURNE. HOTEL MANAGER - BAY AND REEF Atlantis and the manager told me that he could send someone to my room after dinner, but at the moment there was nothing that could be done. The manager does not know how to solve the problem, he is not a professional at all, I don’t know how you can keep such people in such positions. I will never come here again and will not recommend it.

The Cove is meant to be the high end property in the collection of hotels at Atlantis. The staff were largely friendly, but spent much of their effort making up for the woeful lack of investment in upkeep around the Atlantis. The place is falling into the ocean. Check-in: After a lengthy flight, I arrived to find a line about 25 to 30 guests long, literally weaving out the door, trying to check in. There were 7 stations to check in, but only 2 people working those stations. After waiting in line for 45 minutes, when I got to the front, the (very sweet and professional) hotel staffer told me that I did not have to wait in this line, as I could have used the VIP access (would have been good to know). She then walked me over to the VIP access desk, only to discover that (surprise surprise) NOBODY WAS WORKING THERE! Room: I booked a high floor suite with club access. After the hour ordeal of getting checked in, I was able to access my room. I went into the bathroom and noted that the shower handle looked askew. When I attempted to turn on the shower, no water came out. I went to pick up the phone to call for service, but there was no dial tone. So I went to the other phone in the room, to discover that the “number 2” was locked in place, so I could not actually make a phone call. That night, as we turned off the lights to go to sleep, I discovered that I had been given the room right by the elevator machinery, which, it turns out, was badly in need of a tune-

The Atlantis is a great property, the cove tower in particular is nice and new, close to the action. It is more windy than the royal tower since its right on the water but we also went in the off season.

We stayed in a room with access to the Lapis Lounge. The in room dining menu was poor with very limited options ie Tukey club sandwich. We had to leave crockery outside the room and this was still on the corridors in the morning. Water was provided in the rooms but the in room bar was empty. The Lapis lounge was a dissapointment. Breakfast was the same every day with bread or croissant and scrambled egg. The staff did not bother to fill up finished platters of snacks at other times. The swimming pools are good. Our room faced the adult pool and we had blaring music from 10-7. 15 percent added to all bills as gratuity but staff still wait to be tipped.

Beautiful property with pristine beaches. Cove open air lobby was amazing. All Atlantis resorts were beautiful. Wonderful service with plenty of food options. Chop Stix was little disappointing, service and food was below standards.

The Ocean view from the bed beautiful. Service was awsome I do think the carpet in the room needed updating. They need way more places to eat.We had to taxi over to the Royal to eat every day.The Royal has MANY restaurants on a long strip.super trendy beautiful at night and the yachts are docked right next to the restaurants.

The biggest benefit was the Atlantis waterpark was included in the room price and was walkable. They had shuttles to other hotels in the resort which gave plenty of dinning options. They helped co-ordinate shuttles for day excursions and airport. Overall was a smooth and enjoyable experience.
