Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful service. The rooms were very neat and large for a hotel in downtown Vancouver, plenty of room to unwind and relax. Location is also prime, near all the shopping and restaurants, easy walk anywhere we needed to go in downtown! I'll be coming back soon!

We stayed back in August and enjoyed our time here. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in this time wasn't as nice as the last room, the room we stayed in needed to be renovated or touched up a little bit.

Staff and service very good, we felt well taken care of. Valet parking was very convenient and reasonable compared to other downtown hotels. Room a bit dated but clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Overall good value at the rate we had and would return.

This was probably my best stay in downtown Vancouver and I've stayed in a lot of places. The staff was incredible. I was upgraded to a penthouse suite just newly renovated and it was absolutely beautiful.

Lovely stay! The staff were so sweet to our two kids, saying hi to them and giving them chocolate when they passed through the lobby. Beautiful spacious rooms and walkable to most of downtown.

Great stay. Location is perfect for shopping downtown, restaurants. Very friendly staff. Valet parking was so convenient. Room was nice with separate bedroom.

When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, so they spent ample time figuring things out, and it was not an easy check-in after a long night of traveling with kids. I regret the booking I made, next time I make a last minute booking I'll go with what I know.

The separate living room and bedroom in the corner king was perfect for longer stay. Plenty of shopping and resteraunts nearby. The hotel resteraunt was wonderful.

This is our preferred hotel, the staff are always wonderful and so friendly. I arrived quite early and they got me in to my room well in advance of regular check in. There were issues in the lobby outside their control but they got it repaired and cleaned up quickly. The bedding is very comfortable which is very important. I’d love to see the bathrooms updated as some of the faucets are lose and showers are looking a bit rough also the shower heads lack pressure but I stay here for the location and the wonderful staff.

Lovely hotel that feels like a European boutique hotel. We had an upgrade to a suite as gold expedia members. Breakfast at the attached French restaurant Alouette was awesome and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place, very good location. Room was nice albeit showing a few rough edges. Quiet at night save for some clunks and bumps from the building itself. Parking was very pricey at $38 per day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Elevators were slow at times.
