굿 짱!
매우 고풍스런 분위기의 호텔이었습니다. 특히 엘리베이터나 로비의 모습은 마치 옛날 건물에서나 볼수 있는 멋진 곳이었습니다.

좋은 위치 밖에는 없네요
사진에서 보여지는 것과는 다르게 바다가 보이는 객실이 가장 윗층 밖에는 없습니다. 나머지 층은 앞 건물에 가리게 되어 전망이 좋지 않습니다. 트윈베드룸에 묶었는데 트윈베드가 나란히 붙어있었고 방이 좁은 느낌이 들었습니다.조식은 그런대로 먹을만하고, 구시가지에 있어 근처 관광지 접근성이 굉장히 좋습니다.

Hotel is well located. We walked to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. We also walked to Galata Tower and Istikal Street Public transport is close by Hotel is very near the spice bazaar. Lots of restaurants near the hotel Initially we were given a room with windows opening into the lobby area which was noisy but customer service was kind enough to move us to another room.

You can not get to this hotel with your car. Staff will lie to you and say otherwise. Don’t believe them, and they will not refund anything for cancelled reservation!

The best experience! It was my first time in Istanbul and all of the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The location is perfect and walking distance from so many sites and food/shopping areas. You can take the tram or a taxi easily if you don’t want to walk. Concierge managers Ercan and Nadem were so nice and accommodating. I needed to get a last minute taxi to the airport and the booked one immediately and gave me some amazing turkish tea in the meantime!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und man kann Tram, Bus, Ubahn und auch die Fähre in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichen, was für uns sehr wichtig war und wir deshalb auch wieder diese Unterkunft gewählt haben.

Terrible hotel !!! Room was extremely hot AC was not working because they have system that can supply either heat or air condition. when I complained about the hot they advised me to open the window. when I did that too much noise from out side I stayed five night but they did not change the bed sheet at all. they did not supply enough body wash. hotel stuff was greedy for tips and if I don't tip they even don't look at me. they just ignore

While the location of the property was good, their central air condition / heater was terrible. During winter, which was my stay, the central heating makes the room looks like an oven and when asked the management, they were either helpless or clueless of what to do. It is not worth paying a big sum for this room when your holiday convenience is going to be a disaster.

Servizio e pulizia pessimo. Attenzione al cliente nessuna anzi sgarbati e indolenti. Eravamo in 3 ed il corredo della stanza era per due nemmeno dopo una telefonata mi hanno portato gli asciugamani. Non ci sono spine per le ricariche telefonino. Mi hanno chiesto il deposito di 100 euro con carta per quattro biscotti e due cioccolatini nel frigo avevano paura che li prendessimo senza pagare......che vergogna. Lunga attesa per il check in in tredietro il bancone 1 solo lavorava. La struttura ha grandi potenzialità però non espresse.

Overall the property is nice however it's very old style and room washroom was not very well maintained. There was a leak and as well the bath tub shower was not well fitted.

Richtig schönes Hotel in einer unschlagbaren Lage. Man liegt sozusagen „perfekt“ und kann ALLES zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn man das Hotel betritt, kriegt man direkt einen Wow-Effekt. Es ist so riesig und unglaublich sauber. Leider sind die Zimmer und die Zimmer Flure eher sehr alt. Ich weiß, dass es osmanisch gehalten ist, aber der Teppich könnt mal getauscht werden oder die Holzstühle und das Holz hinterm Bett sieht aus, als ob das schon seit 30 Jahren da ist. Aber sonst wirklich ein 10/10 Hotel. Der Pool ist leider eiskalt. (Im Keller) und wird Nicht beheizt.

Bad experience in this hotel
It was a terrible stay I have ever experienced, the receiption guys were not friendly at all, the receiption guy told me to left my laundry bag in the room and they will take it for laundry and they did not take it for laundry, when I check out I found someone shouted at the receiption and hitting his hand hardly on the table of the receiption it seems that he experienced a terrible treatment from the people who work in the hotel. The bottom line is that it was a very bad experience and I will not book again in this hotel.

Over rated, over priced, customer service was almost non existent. We went into the bar area, it looked well appointed. On closer look, dirty use dishes on many tables, they had just opened. Not impressed

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent pour visiter la ville à pied ou avec les transports. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont attrayantes et les services (spa, restaurant) sont bons. Cependant, mon séjour a été gâché par l'attribution d'une chambre donnant un site de construction (voir la photo ci-dessous), avec le pire étant des bruits de construction très perturbateurs tard le soir (après 23h)! Je me suis plainte à plusieurs reprises de cette situation et demandé de changer de chambre, mais aucune solution ne m'a été proposée. Quand je me suis plainte le lendemain, je n'ai même pas reçu des excuses! Ni la chambre (avec une chaise cassée) et encore moins le service du personnel ne sont dignes d'un hôtel de 5 étoiles!

Would highly recommend. Great location. Two things that were of concern though is marble step to bathroom was a tripping hazard and water leaking on floor when showering
