Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. The Holiday Inn was one of the tens of thousands of places that lost power for a few hours very late in the evening/early morning 2/29. Thankfully, power was restored by 4 am the following morning. We know this was an inconvenience to our guests (as it was to hotel management and staff!) and are grateful for your understanding during this situation.
