I booked a room with my family when arrived we did not get what we paid for. Food is terrible , poorly managed and bad customer service. I got my footbad sandal stolen from my room and I couldn’t get it back or get any help to find out what happened. I don’t recommend it.

The staff, all of them, were kind and accommodating. I've stayed in a few of these budget resorts all over Tunisia, and this one was the fist i had no complaints about the staff. Here are a few things i liked: - Everything felt clean, even though it is an old hotel. -The staff always said yes and didn't make me feel bad for asking -Animation team was fun, they always asked us if we wanted to play but respected our no answer -The walk to the beach was short Here are a few things that i didn't like: - The food was so so... too much cheap vegetable oil and bland...the husband and i both got tummy sick from it -The breakfast buffet was terrible, the worst I've ever seen -Lunch was better but it was chaos trying to get a plate of food -Dinner was unremarkable and lacked variety -The cups, everywhere, were too small (i saw some guests brought their own plastic cups from home, or wherever, i wish i had done this) -To make sure we had enough water on the beach, pool, or back in the room we filled up a water bottle, this really helped -Not enough chairs, by the pool or on the beach the hotel didn't have enough chairs or umbrellas to seat everyone. -We were actually really excited to play billiards(one dinar per game) but no one at the hotel had change! Overall, because we went in July, it was too expensive for a mediocre hotel, i think had we gone in the beginning of June when the price would have been half, and the hotel would have been half empty we would have been happier

Hotell med bra strandläge.
Trevlig hotellpersonal, rent och snyggt, goda lunch- och middagsbufféer (men dåligt kaffe till frukosten). Bra läge direkt på stranden som var jättefin. Synd bara att det inte fanns tillräckligt med solstolar och parasoller.

Spiaggia e mare di Madhia sempre belli. Area piscina ampia e gradevole. Camera piccola. Pulizia scarsa. Buffet non male. All inclusive economico gradito dai turisti russi ma la descrizione sul siti non è realistica.

Très content de cet agréable séjour!
J'ai passé 2 nuits à l'hôtel de CAP El Mouradi. Un agréable cadre avec une belle plage, de la bonne bouffe (à volonté!) et une bonne animation. Ce qui distingue cet hôtel c'est qu'il est il est à l'échelle humaine avec un très bon rapport qualité prix et un personnel très accueillant.

L hôtel cap mardi à était fermé à notre arrivée ! Ouverture le 26 avril... nous avons du forcer le passage auprès du gardien pour entrer dans un hôtel neuf mais désert ou nous avons finalement trouvé quelqu un qui nous a orienté vers un autre hôtel de la même chaîne. Comment se fait il que ces dates n aient pas été prises en compte par Expédia? ??

trop vieux comme hotel avec un bon personnel
un hôtel qui a besoin d'une rénovation sur tous les cotes, la piscine trop petite, même avec une resa confirme ont a pas pu avoir une chambre grand lit comme demande la bouf dégoûtante et répétitive surtout insuffisante aussi le resto sans fenêtres ghhhhhhhhh le personnels très amicale et serviable mais ya un manque cote femme de chambre. je peut pas le conseiller a mes amis sorry lol

El Mouradi Mahdia :Rapport Qualité Prix imbattable
Nous avions réservé au Cap Mahdia. Une fois arrivé sur place , l'hotel était fermé.Nous nous sommes rendus à l'Hotel El Mouradi Mahdia (5 étoiles ) situé à 500 mètres et là nous avons constaté que notre réservation avait été effectuée à cet hotel. En clair nous avons des prestations 5* pour un prix 3* . Il n'empêche que cet hotel est vraiment très bien , bonne nourriture et personnel très accueillant.

Old infrastructure, if you don't mind.
Service is below expectations, avoid rooms 227 and 229, it seems that the sanitaries are passing nearby leaving a toilet flush noise continuously. Entertainment and animation are average. Night club is below average.

Das Hotel mag ok sein, falls man ein all- inclusive Angebot sucht: Man kann unbeschränkt essen und trinken, Unterhaltungs- und Animationsangebote gibt's auch (Salsa am Hotelpool etc.). Das Hotel zieht daher verständlicherweise Pauschalurlauber an. Das Essen ist allerdings ziemlich schlecht, das Restaurant hat den Charme einer Kantine. Etwas positiver ist der Strand vor dem Hotel: Man hat zwar nicht gerade viel Platz, der Strand ist jedoch ziemlich sauber.

Not bad really. It was a cheaper alternative to it's sister hotel down the street and still ALL INCLUSIVE. We didn't know that going in, but all meals are included. Be aware it does get crowded, but there is always plenty of food. The beach is really nice too. Worth a walk outside and down a ways. Warning: they put a bracelet on you that says the hotel, so if you go out in town people will try to scam you and judge how much money you have by that bracelet. I recommend putting your watch over it at all times. Less likely to be messed with. You are also way out of town, so taxis are tough to grab out of the gate. Banks are an issue too... bring your cash with you or take a taxi to one. They say it's near the hotel ("about 800m")... it's WAY farther than that. Don't try to walk to it. The services are nice though and the people working there are SUPER friendly and want to help, even though there English isn't perfect. All in all... a good stay.
