There are URINE STAINS on my mattress! Both sides of the bed were infected. Mattress didn’t have a bedding protection- nothing. Odor was unbearable and disgusting!. Bed sheet, cover, pillows…everything was stinky! Front desk and manager did nothing about this problem ! They didn’t care! We didn’t get a new room, we didn’t get clean mattress and we didn’t get money back! Nothing! We had to leave the room and go home earlier. Avoid 6th floor, but be aware, there are probably more rooms like this on every floor. This is zero star hotel! They don’t care about customers, they don’t care if their mattress is covered in urine! They will rent a room again without changing a thing.

Felt very comfortable riding out a storm in our room with the car parked in the garage below. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have a microwave in the room and a freezer compartment in the fridge.

The new decor and vibe was good. Bed was comfortable, but sqeeked when turning or exiting. Views and location were optimum.

My review is more like a 4.5 star, I honestly have no complaints, but one, and that was the cleaning staff, they were very slow to assist. At one point we needed more towels, only one set was put in our room, and it took over an hour, the second incident was our iron didn't work, and it took well over 45 minutes, which left a bad taste in my mouth. The property is removed from the "action" which was fine for me because I needed peace, however, the property is walkable to the "action". It's located right on the beach and that section of the beach was very quiet. They offer chairs and umbrellas for a fee. Views for the gulf front rooms are amazing! The front desk staff was professional and friendly. I didn't eat in the restaurant, which is more like a lobby restaurant. There is a restaurant next to the property if you don't feel like walking far, it's in the sand. I visited the pool area which has awesome views of the ocean, but I did not get in, although heated, it was too chilly while I was there. There is a bar at the pool for food and drinks. The hotel did allow me to check in early and they honored a late checkout, so that was a huge plus, to add the icing on the cake, upon entering my room, there was a card and balloons in there (it was my birthday) super unexpected and very thoughtful, thank you! Would I visit this hotel again, yes I would, do I recommend this hotel for those that are looking for a peaceful and tranquil vacation/getaway, absolutely!

Loved our stay here. Everything you need in one location and super convenient if you wanta take a walk to the boardwalk or other local restaurants. Just an added bonus to be able to stay after you check out to enjoy the property for a few hrs.

The resort was so beautiful and clean. Staff was super friendly. Loved the texting they offered with front desk. Games in the lobby was such a cute and quaint touch. My kids loved the pool. I would recommend to all!!

It was only for one night and day, but I would splurge again for a night here! Very clean and beautifull! White private acess beach and dont worry if its a little cool, the pool looking over the ocean is heated! Breakfast was wonderfull and the staff was so friendlyand accomidating! I could go on and on about this stay and it was so hard to leave, i could have stayed all my life!

Very impressed at how nice this hotel was. The bellman helped us on arrival and even took us to a local restaurant by golf cart. The standard balcony room was very spacious and the gulf view was perfect. Easy beach access, free parking garage and the hotel restaurant was perfect for breakfast with a view of the ocean.

We were wanting to buy a sweatshirt in the newly opened store, but it was closed. The manager graciously re-opened and let us purchase as he knew we were heading to our next destination in the early am before the store reopened. He went above and beyond!! We love their sweatshirts!! Thank you!

We were surprised that they really didn’t have fruit/yogurt, cookies, available for guests. A pretty limited menu. Not really anything to do except lay at the beach.
