Room was not very clean. Bed mattress was worn to being just a hole. Shower continued to drip. Soda rings on tables.

Never! Never again will I stay.
The first room we were given, had a mildewed shower and the heat didn't work in December. The second room we were given had dirty floors there was a tobacco pouch on the floor by the mirror. It couldnt have been vacuumed. Initially thought it was a chunk of feces. When we turned the sheets back for cleanliness, like we always do, there was a spot on the sheets near the pillow. It was a stuck on gel like substance. Just disgusting! Why would the maid put that sheet on the bed unless she didn't change the sheets at all? The desk night manager was very nice about it and offered us another room.

This hotel sits off the road between a restraunt and major grocery store with several gas stations nearby.

Convenient to several dining options. Close to the highway. Friendly staff. Only complaint would be that the room smelled like cigarettes.

The Shower dripped all night. The tray for the coffee pod was missing. The sink would not drain. Dead bugs on the floor.

Not a relaxing stay.
Mold on the bathroom floor and in shower. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Sink was cracked. Ceiling had water stain on it. Friend who was also staying there found a cockroach in their room. Due to all of the above, I normally would have refused the room and checked in somewhere else but everything else was booked up due to a rivalry football game.

Totally terrible experience because I had made a reservation six days before arriving and this Sleep Inn did not find my name on their list. Sleep Inn did not offer to call Expedia for us. All hotels in Lansing area were full that night, due to power outages. At 9:00 at night we had to scramble to find another hotel and only one was 45 miles away in Mt. Pleasant, then we had to return to Lansing next day.

I wouldn't say completely dirty. I did encounter some muchas on the walls near the towel rack. A possible urine stain on the floor by the toliet and I found a sock at the foot of the bed. The fridge door wasn't able to close properly which explained why I couldn't keep things cold. I had to put it up against the wall to keep it refridgerated. The shower door isn't proper to the shower because when you use the shower water excapes onto the bathroom floor. I didn't utilized the continental breakfast but was surprised that it ends at 0930. Lastly, the do not disturb sign needs to be bigger. Housekeeping didn't see it. I'm not saying they came in but if the sign was more visable they wouldn't have bothered.

I've stayed at Sleep Inn Dewitt many times. Each time I'm reminded of what a pleasant experience I always have. My room/s are clean well appointed comfortable and an excellent value, unbeatable really. The staff is wonderful!

It was so bad! Blood on the curtains pee all on the bathroom floor and toilet, hair all in the sink, and it’s smelled so bad! I cancelled and they immediately charged me!

It is the little things that don't add up. Coffee is terrible, frontline staff was unprofessional and the clock in my room wasn't set. That is not too much to ask is it? I like a TV that when I push power it comes on. I don't know if someone had been playing games, or what. After a long trip I just want to relax watch some TV and know what time it is. sure I have my phone but set clock in the room. The bed was nice!

The rooms are terrible. A group of friends went for a wedding and we found blood, pee and hair everywhere. I wonder if they rent the rooms out by hour.

Check in was at 3pm. She was hoping our room would be ready by 6. Must have been bring your kids to work day cause she had to deal with them as I was trying to check in. The rooms and building is showing it run down condition and hack job fixes. The exterior doors at night aren’t able to lock and be secure. The random people we encountered at night made it a bit uneasy. The stench of weed and cigarette smoke in the halls at night/morning was terrible. It wasn’t exactly a cheap rate hotel which generally indicates a low quality service/stay Go else where to stay. This was our first and last time supporting this chain

The shower leaked badly (apparently other rooms had similar problem). Desk chair was rickety and unsafe. When first arrived, there was a strong smell of bleach.
