The room was great but I think it will be necessary for hotel employees to re-train their services.
1. Check-in was delayed by one hour due to late cleaning. So the employee who helped with the check-in said that she would send the wine to the room with an apology. But I did not receive wine until the next day, and I asked a customer service representative what happened. The woman said she would bring wine to me that night, but we did not get the wine after all.
But I didn't want to mention it anymore. But it is a matter of trust that employees do not keep their promises. And I think this is the act of shooting the image of the hotel.
2. And the toilet floor in the suite is too slippery. So, on the first day of my stay, I slipped on the floor of the bathroom and hut my head hard on the floor. I was a foreigner so I could not go to the hospital. I could not move for two hours like that. I am very much better now and have returned to my hometown, and I plan to go to the hospital tomorrow.
Fortunately, it was not a big injury and I did not give a word to the hotel. But I think in your hotel you have to warn your customers to watch the floor of the bathroom.
