No genuine service
In dining service was not privided during the hour. The hotel ignored the call and No apology was made. The bed was very comfortable and lication was good.

호텔의 가장 기본인 청결도 , 서비스 , 위치 세가지가 제일 기본적이면서도 제일 중요하다고 생각하는데요. 도착하자마자 프론트에서 아주 친절하고 젠틀하신 분들이 체크인을 도와주십니다. 최근 다녀온 호텔중에서 가장 친절하고 많은 도움을 주십니다. 위치는 호텔 중심으로 uber타고 15$ 내외로 어디든 갈 수 있으며 근처에 편의점 , 공원 , 쇼핑몰이 있어서 어디든 쉽게 접할 수 있어요. 청결도 최상입니다. 미국 호텔중에서 탑3안으로 청결했어요. 체크아웃 짐을 무료로 보관 할 수있으며 물은 추가적으로 요청시 무한으로 받을 수 있구요 , 최고!

Good location, very walkable to Boston Common and restaurants on Charles Street, etc. They DO NOT have a bay view as advertised!! This is annoying as we paid for a bay view room and ended up staring at other buildings. (When I called downstairs to get this figured out, they couldn’t really explain this). Cool interior in the lobby but the rooms and rugs could be cleaner - had a weird cigarette smell wafting into in our room and we should’ve moved rooms in retrospect. Instead when I went down to get some help, the lobby host suggested air freshener and really could care less that someone was smoking in the room below. This was irritating since it is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The restaurant employees were super helpful and kind so that was a nice part of our stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Great lounge behind the lobby, including a super cool water machine that does flavors. Location is great. Staff was lovely. I was looking forward to the rooftop bar, but it wasn’t open during our visit. Bathroom was also a little on the small side. Parking garage is attached to hotel so very convenient.

Staff was friendly, especially the bellman. Misleading with the hotel description. They advertise a rooftop bar and 2 other bars, however, that was not the case. The rooftop was closed because it’s only seasonal. We arrived Thursday and wanted to grab a drink at the lobby bar. We were told it was closed and we could go to the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Front desk told us the lobby bar would open Friday at 4p. After walking 10 miles on Friday we came back to hotel to grab a drink next to the fire in the lobby. When we arrived they had the lobby bar roped off for a private event. So paying hotel guests were not allowed to relax in the lobby area or grab a drink from the lobby bar. The main reason we stayed at this hotel was to check out the rooftop bar and view. Not sure we would go back to this hotel.

The property was nice centrally located in the middle of Boston. I found the parking option not the most convenient and the dining selections within the hotel were OK but not great.

This was our second time staying at the Revere. It’s a great place to stay. The room this time wasn’t quite as good as the first. The bed was crooked, as in leaning to one side but it didn’t seem to effect the comfort. And it would be nice to have glasses in the room to be able to have a drink or rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. Other than those 2 minor things we were well satisfied.

Great hotel in a great location! Beds were super comfy and the dining credit we received was an added perk. Just a few minutes walk to the Colonial Theater.

Stayed with adult children and young grandchild to attend Blue Man Group. Very convenient location in theater district - if it wasn't winter would also be a convenient central location to walk to Prudential, Newbury St, Quincy market, etc. but we were just there for a quick overnight for show and it was cold. The hotel is extremely clean, high-quality, modern. Glenn at the front desk was super friendly, nice, helpful, accomodating and professional! He should be commended. We got adjoining rooms per our request; they were very roomy, comfortable, and had balconies with great skyline and city views. We got drinks at the bar before show, and evening snacks after. If I have any complaints at all, it is that the restaurant/bar staff were not very attentive, and it wasn't like it was busy at all. But the food and drink quality were very good. There are several restaurants nearby; we had dinner at PF Chang's just across the street and up a few doors, and breakfast at Tatte which is always a treat. Highly recommend this hotel, and would love to stay here again in the summer to be able to visit the rooftop lounge and walk around Boston due to its central location.

Location is probability the best feature of the hotel. It is within walking distance to every important landmark in Boston. In terms of amenities and services it could be better but on the other hand it is one of the more budget friendly options so you get what you paid for...

The staff is kind and attentive. Our toilet stopped flushing and our heat stopped working (each a separate occurrence) and the engineer was prompt and fixed both right away. The rooms were a little dusty but generally comfortable.
