The property is a beautiful old farmhouse that now has several lovely guest rooms, all in keeping with the tuscan style of the area. Front desk service was excellent from all 4 of the people we met (they recommended restaurants, sight seeing stops, vineyards, etc---all were great!). They were always making sure we had a great time. The grounds are expansive and beautiful also-- we took several walks, and also enjoyed the pool. Quiet, safe, true italian villa experience.

Beautifully restored property. Great staff! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and served in a glass room behind the main building. Great location for touring Tuscany.

Positiv: schöne Lage, sehr nettes Personal, sehr schöner Poolbereich. Negativ: auf dem Gelände derzeit nur Frühstücksangebot und danach Getränke verfügbar, für Abendessen muss man mit dem Auto rausfahren. Mehr Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten (Outdoor-Betten etc.) wären wünschenswert.

Gelungener Ferienabschluss
Es ist ein tolles Hotel mit einer tollen Poolanlage. Leider gab es einen Temperatursturz und in der Nacht war es etwas kalt im Zimmer, trotz der Rosshaar-Decke und die Heizung war noch nicht eingeschalten. Ansonsten war es ein toller, erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Solo la location non basta.
In questa struttura solo per una notte. Location molto bella immersa nella natura e ben curata. Quello che nel mio caso non è andato proprio bene è stata la camera.Piccolissima per una matrimoniale a stento riuscivamo a muoverci attorno al letto. Mancava il posto dove appoggiare i bagagli e nel bagno perfino un appoggio per i propri effetti. La ventola del bagno rumorosa sempre accesa sono dovuto intervenire sul quadro elettrico per escluderla.Scarso livello di insonorizzazione tra camere. I cuscini del letto troppo bassi.La colazione al mattino di buona qualità ma scarsa in varietà assenza della frutta.Bello il giardino e la piscina .Peccato proprio per il resto.

Splendido borghetto nelle vicinanze di Cortona. La differenza la fanno la piscina (circondata da un prato verdissimo con sdraio e ombrelloni per tutti gli ospiti) e la colazione nel giardino esterno. Servizio primo e comoda navetta per il centro del paese.

Bonita Villa cerca de Cortona. Ideal para visita.
El entorno en el que está la Villa es ideal, muchos jardines, buenas vistas a Cortona. Piscina tranquila para relajarse. Habitación amplia y comoda. Se puede dormir perfectamente. Quizas la altura de la bañera algo excesiva para personas mayores o no muy altas. El personal muy amable, nos dieron indicaciones para cenar en Cortona. Es ideal para visitar los pueblos de los alrededores.

Beautiful countryside hotel with friendly staff
Wonderful country side hotel, very friendly staff - they even went into town and got lunch for us.. Close to Cortona (10 min by car) with many restaurants and a nice atmosphere. The pool was nice too!

Probably okay when it is fully open!
Very disappointing. We chose it for a hot September day because of the pool (closed for the season), the restaurant (closed tonight, no explanation), and the wifi (not working in the room). None of this was mentioned when they accepted our booking and so it did not meet our needs and was an expensive for simply a bed for the night. Maybe I should have asked, but their listing clearly shows all of these facilities.

In un hotel nel quale una camera non viene regalata credo sia naturale trovare una colazione discreta, e non con i dolci avanzati dal giorno prima e dover elemosinare il caffè alzandosi dal tavolino e senza ricevere nemmeno un " buongiorno " dalla cameriera!!

Voto 10 all'hotel. Voto 0 a Expedia. Il sito Expedia è inattendibile: la camera mostrata all'atto della prenotazione non era quella a cui corrispondeva il prezzo pagato (addebitato in anticipo). Giunti in hotel abbiamo scoperto con delusione che quanto avevamo prenotato era in realtà una camera di livello più basso, NON quella mostrata nella foto del sito Expedia. Solo la premura del personale dell'hotel ha risolto la spiacevole situazione, sistemandoci nella camera da noi scelta sul sito (e di cui prudenzialmente mi ero stampato la foto all'atto della prenotazione). Da oggi in poi non potrò più fidarmi di ciò ch mostra il sito di Expedia ma, nel caso ancora volessi appoggiarmi a tale servizio, dovrò sempre preventivamente confermare con la struttura che quanto mostrato sul sito corrisponda a realtà. Potete contattarmi se desiderate ulteriori delucidazioni sull'accaduto.

La struttura è ben posizionata tra ulivi in un parco di proprietà. La vista è incantevole, il cibo servito a cena ottimo e la colazione adeguata.

Während unsers Aufenthaltes war das Wetter nicht sehr gut. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht weder im Zimmer noch im Bad. In den Abläufen waren Haare. Frühstück eher reduziert im Angebot. Lage gut in einem schönen Park. Wir hätten ein bisschen mehr erwartet.

5 Tage Wohlfühlaufenthalt in schönster Umgebung. Topgepflegte Anlage mit gutem Service und schöner Poolanlage. Wermutstropfen: In unserer Buchung stand u.a. Zimmer mit Balkon oder Terasse. Wir erhielten jedoch Zimmer ohne Balkon oder Terasse; gegen einen Aufpreis haben wir dann ein Zimmer mit Terasse erhalten.

Heaven is a place on earth!
We spent a wonderful 6 nights at this hotel at the end of our honeymoon and we could not have asked for more. The staff a fantastic, the location to die for (although you will need a car) and the pool is heaven. Breakfast 'could do better' but there are no complaints from us. We had just a normal room as we booked very last minute after a terrible hotel the night before so or next time we would book a little apartment. A big thank you to all at the hotel for a fabulous end to our honeymoon xxxx

Outstanding!
This was the best hotel experience of our lives! This is a beautiful old Italian farmhouse that has been completely remodeled but preserves all of the charm. A bit difficult to find, but worth it. The staff was the best staff we have ever seen in a hotel, and we travel a lot. We stayed 5 nights and got to feel we were friends with all of them. They treated us like family and were ever ready to assist if we needed it, i.e., helping us map out our week of activities, recommending restaurants, advice on getting around, etc. Friendly but never intrusive, as we were on our second honeymoon. Nice pool and complimentary breakfast. Great location in Tuscany, the countryside is beautiful here and lots of vineyards and old towns to visit. You get the real feel of Italy here. We loved it. We actually hugged the staff when we left--I've never met a nicer group of people. We'll definitely be back again and again. Perfect!

Good place to stay whilst touring
I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again, peaceful and very friendly. Weather not good enough to use very nice swimming pool

accueil tres aimable, l'hotel est plein de charme avec sa belle piscine. les chambres sont tres propres et le personnel sympatique. l' hotel est a 15 min d'arezzo. tres bonne halte de sienne a assise.

perfect
wij hebben zeer genoten van ons verblijf in Relais Borgo San Pietro. De bedden waren fantastisch. De kamer goed verzorgd en schoon. Het was ook fijn dat je tussendoor een koffie of andere consumpties kon bestellen. Het zwembad zag er geweldig uit. Helaas konden wij hier niet van genieten om dat het weer dit niet zo geweldig was. Personeel ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Zeer goede uitvalbasis om Toscane te verkennen. Kortom echt een aanrader !!
