두오모까지는 약간 멀지만 숙소 주변이 조용한 편이고 피티궁 근처에 현지인 맛집이 많아서 좋습니다.

I recommend you this hotel.
I know the hotel in Florence is a little bit poor but this is nice. The kind and professional staffs, clean the room, comfortable bedding, nice breakfast, nice room with a reasonable price, and so on. I highly recommend this hotel if you are okay with 10-15 minutes from the center of the city.

맛있는 조식, 괜찮은 호텔!
찾기 쉽고 편했다. 조식이 맛있었다. 스크램블드 에그랑 각종 햄, 치즈, 빵, 팬케이크 기계와 시럽도 있었다. 방이 많이 추웠다.

고풍스럽지만 관리가 안된 호텔
패밀리 룸은 광활하게 컸으나 침대가 불편하였습니다. 호텔이 건물은 오래되었고 규모는 큰편이었으며 와이파이가 안되는 지역이 많았고 우리 방도 와이파이가 거의 안되었습니다. 아침 조식은 평범한 편이었습니다. 모기가 많이 있었는데 모기약 스프레이를 주지 않아서 종이를 말아서 3마리를 잡았는데 엄청나게 피가 나오더군요. 이전에 묵었던 분들의 피인듯... 화장실 천장에는 검은 곰팡이가 군데군데 피어있었고 전반적으로 관리가 잘 안되는 듯 보였습니다.

긴 복도를 따라 방이 늘어져 있는데 바& 카페테리아가 문이 없어서 방에서 그릇 딸그락 소리까지 다 들린다 청결한 편이나 화장실에 환풍기가 작동하지 않아 세 번째 말하니 고쳐주었다 한 남자 스탭은 내 영어를 못 알아듣는지 못 알아듣는 척을 하는지 화장실엔 원래 에어컨이 없다고 하며 짜증냈다 그 다음날 스탭은 친절했으며 근본적인 구조상 소음에 민감한 나에게는 편안하지 못했다 조식은 훌륭한 편이며 위치도 나쁘지 않다고 생각한다 그러나 좀 더 프로페셔널한 직원을 기대한다

렌트카 이용시 최적의 위치인 호텔
최적의 위치. 객실 및 서비스는 보통입니다. 렌트카로 여행을 해서 차량통행금지 구역(ZTL)외에 차량을 주차해야 했는데 바로 가까운 곳(베키오 다리 바로 옆 다리)에 위치하고 있어 편안히 관광을 할 수 있었습니다. 일 주차비(19유로)를 지불해야 했지만 충분히 그만한 값어치가 있었습니다. 지난번에는 미켈란젤로광장 무료주차장을 이용했지만, 왔다갔다 할때 마다 언덕을 올라야해서 다리가 매우 아팠습니다. 호텔은 베키오 다리에서 매우가까운 곳에 위치하고 있어 관광을 하기에 매우 편리했으며, 시설 및 청결도, 서비스는 보통이었습니다. 렌트카를 이용하고, 최적의 동선으로 여행의 피로도를 최소화 하고 싶다면 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

전체적으로 만족함.
역에서는 조금 떨어져 있었지만 우피치 미술관에서는 가까워서 거리상 불편한 점은 크지 않았음. 문 닫치는 소리가 크게 들리는 것 빼고는 편안 했음. 아침에 제공되는 뷔페는 나름 깔끔했음.

경치가 좋아요.
피렌체 역에서는 다소 떨어져 있으나 역에서 23번 버스를 타면 호텔 앞에 내릴 수 있으니 짐이 많을 때는 버스를 이용하는 편이 좋습니다. 폰테 베키오와 미켈란젤로 광장이 가까이에 있고 호텔 옆에 아주 작은 공원이 있어 저녁 무렵 풍경이 아주 좋습니다. 호텔 건물은 아주 오래된 고풍스러운 건물이었는데 좀 횅하게 느껴질 정도로 방이 크고 천정이 높습니다. 내부도 전혀 현대적이진 않지만 청결에는 문제가 없었고 객실에 커피 포트가 없지만 프론트에 얘기하면 빌려줍니다. 커피는 식당 입구에 항상 준비되어 있어서 마음껏 마실 수 있습니다. 조식은 종류가 많진 않았지만 맛은 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

Liars and cheaters. It was 29 degrees celcius, yet they refused to activate the air conditioning, claiming that it was illegal at that time. A blatant lie (I checked). Electricity is expensive, and they are trying to save money. A/C was advertised among the amenities. They tried to collect more money upon checkout for “taxes”, even though it was prepaid. If there are taxes, they need to be included in the advertised price.

The room was perfect for me, as I was solo travelling. However, what really stood out about the Hotel Silla was the friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was great as well. Thank you, Hotel Silla!

Hôtel très bien situé, légèrement à l’écart du centre, tout en restant facilement accessible et très proche des sites à visiter. Property was lovely with clean, comfortable rooms and a lovely veranda to sit and have a drink or your breakfast which was included with the room. Parking was very easy as the lot was a couple doors down from the hotel. Hotel is very conveniently located and all sights within Florence were walkable. The only complaint we had was after the maid cleaned our room they left the clean towels sitting on the bidet, we thought that a bit strange. Very nice hotel.

The air conditioning unit did not work. The second night we slept with 2 fans. They moved us to another "Premium" room on the third day and again we had no control on the air conditioning unit. It's obvious that they have full control of it. Also, one can hear the foot steps of the above room at 12:30am. They said they couldn't do anything about it. I was looking forward to staying at this hotel and was quite disillusioned.

Clean hotel close to bridge, walkable to downtown
Really nice hotel, close walk to the bridge. Restaurants next to it were convenient. We had the family room which was newly renovated, it was clean and had good amenities. Wierd to climb stairs to check in, but staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and had a nice patio to sit on. They offered tea, coffee and some pastries all day, which was really nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable

I dont even know where to start. It felt like something out of a fairy tale. I loved florence and the hotel and patio with the breakfast being included ..nice room and shower. Not to mention they have cocktails and they do your laundry for a small fee. Absolutely loved it and will be returning.

Convenient to walk around Florence area. Breakfast availability and nice outdoor patio we sat at both days. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Kept our bags after checkout so we could spend day out and about before leaving on evening train.

We were very happy with our stay here. It’s the first hotel I’ve been to that I needed to take an elevator to actually access the hotel. But the signage was great, and it was really clearly marked. The initial courtyard could be buttoned up and look a little better, but the hotel itself was perfectly clean and lovely. The rooms were well air-conditioned during this very hot time in Italy. The location was very convenient. Hotel staff was very helpful and anxious to be of service. Would be happy to stay here, again, anytime!

Front desk and breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Laura was a gem and super nice. Make sure to hide all belongings of value before leaving your room, as a pair of Prada sunglasses went missing. The hotwl is in a good location, close to everything, but very outdated. Would stay again only if hotel gets updated renovations.
