We would like to notice that your room was upgraded to a front sea view room complimentary, also you were provided late check-out till 17:00 without extra charge for your satisfaction. Kindly note that according to the "Children and Extra Bed Policy in Expedia" up to 2 children (up to and including 11 years old) stay for free when using existing beds. However the management provided one extra bed complimentary. As for the food we would be grateful for any further feedback you can offer regarding this point as we would like to use your experience to improve our dining options and services if possible. We also would like to notice that 3 ala carte restaurants are available for our guests during dinner after prior reservation: Mexican, Fish and Grill. We hope that you will choose the Dreams Beach Resort again for your future holidays and we will do our best to make you vacation joyful. Best regards.
