Worst experience through Expedia in the over 10 years of using this service. We had pre-planned an Easter trip that included a stay at the hotel, however because of a car accident in Virginia on Saturday March 30th we were unable to make it to Seabrook on April 1. I contacted both the hotel directly and Expedia customer service explaining the situation, the reply was that no refund would be issued because the the deadline for a refund had passed (March 29th). Even after I explained about the accident the response no, no refund. Apparently a one night hotel fee is worth more than years of past business and future trips that we have already booked through Expedia, which will be cancelled.

Room was clean. The bed and pillow are really soft and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good.

The toilets in lobby were overflowing with fences! I told the lady in the front and she was lackadaisical and didn’t care. Our carpets were filthy and stained and there was black mold in our shower on ceiling. The tiles in ceilings were moldy and stained. We wanted to use the pool at 8 and was told it was closed and the staff were in the pool

Once bitten, twice shy
Nasty carpet stains in room. Pseudo-clean bathroom. Devoid of hot water. Received email via hotels.com, supposedly from hotel, stating my credit card was rejected, however the reservation and payment was made 8.5 months earlier (confirmed withdrawn from bank at that time). Dude at the desk said it wasn’t from them. So I now wonder if hotels.com got hacked. Won’t stay in IHG facility again, and reluctant to use hotels.com/expedia for future travels.

Was disappointed when I landed at Logan at 9pm from London to have received a message saying that there had been an issue with my credit card and that unless I called the hotel by 6pm I'd lose my booking. When I eventually cleared customs and could make a call, I called the hotel who said there was no problem and to get my rental car and take is steady driving up and they would see me when I got there. So pleased that they kept my room, and when I arrived to check in they said there was no problem with the credit card and that the booking was fine. Don't know where the issue came from that generated the message but thankfully I had the room. In the room it was clean and comfortable, was a little disappointed that there were only net curtains/drapes up at the ground floor window that looked right out onto the car park and footpath. I changed in the bathroom, but a blind or full set of curtains/drapes would be so much better so you can relax in your room without fear of anyone peeping in! Breakfast was free, but a little limited and some of the food, like the danish pastry were stale. I grabbed a couple of yoghurts and muffins and some fruit and went back to my room for breakfast. Good location for my journey between Boston and the White Mountains, NH to break the drive up after a long day and flight landing so late.

Nice overnight stay
I came to the area to do some antiquing. Just an overnight as I live in Massachusetts. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and stores. The parking lot was large and the hotel clean and quiet. My room on the second floor was large and bright. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed having Dove soap products in the bathroom! The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the pancakes! I hope to stay again in the future!

DISGUSTING
The floors were absolutely dirty. There was mold in the showers. The rooms stunk. It was a horrible experience. Not to mention I had also encouraged 5 guests to stay at the hotel with me and I was highly embarrassed. The ice machine was broken . Upon addressing the manager myself and my mother were told by her it’s not her problem due to booking with a third party.

Very quiet hotel! Nice room accommodations with a plentiful breakfast. No hot tub but they did have a pool. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Friendly courteous staff; made good recommendations for dinner; quickly resolved a credit card issue. Area surrounding the property just so so. Tractor trailer truck yard next door. Not noisy just not good to look at. Other than that, great room and nice clean hotel and would stay here again.
