Bed was very comfortable. Carpet was stained, but otherwise room was clean. Toilet seat was peeling, there was no regular coffee in the room, only decaf or tea, and coffee maker did not work. No sidewalks in the direction of IU campus and a bit out of the way, so a car is needed to get around.

Hi Mircea, I'm sorry to hear that you had some difficulties that front desk would have been happy to assist with. There is a very popular path on the backside of the property that takes you right to Memorial Stadium that is frequently used by parents during graduation. Some parts of IU campus are a bit deeper into the city so we would suggest not going on foot for those. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Bloomington.

It was dated but clean. The front desk staff was friendly. Parking was safe, and the location was convenient. The walls were thin, and my neighbors were loud, but that's not the fault of the hotel. I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned (my reservation was for two consecutive days), but the card with the cleaner's name was updated, suggesting it had been cleaned. Nothing had been touched. I was annoyed that the cleaning staff started knocking on the door an hour and 15 minutes before checkout.

The out side on edges of property had all kinds of trash and what looked like a homeless camp out back in the trees and bushes. Even found a needle laying in back parked lot

Here’s an honest review, the workers were all super nice! But the property is seriously dated in every aspect! It could be a gold mine, but there are zero amenities (no bar, no restaurant, no real gym and the limited drinks, snacks were pretty much out and not replenished) it smells like weed in many areas on and off when we came in and out, we were there which is fine if you don’t care. The sheets on my bed were clean but dirty. Stains were on them DO NOT put sheets onto a bed if this is the case throw them out! I was grossed out and slept in the other bed which was totally fine. The hot water didn’t work at first took about 10 mins of non-stop running for it to work. The TV is sooooo old u can barely see the images but it did work. The location was OK, you need a car if you stay here and go see IU, if they really gut this place it could be great.

Great and convenient hotel! Just wish the bar area would have been open. The staff mentioned it hadn't been open back up since Covid! Looked like a fun spot to hang while waiting for our Uber if it would have been open. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Pricey for the quality, not busy at all. Maybe 5 cars in parking, outside unkept, rooms were old with just small upkeep. Advertises bar, desk clerk states its been closed since covid.

Wonderful, accommodating staff. Welcoming check in, great communication. Room was clean and comfortable. Large workout facility with nice equipment. I would give the facility five stars if the restaurant that was advertised as being open by Travelocity & the hotel itself were actually open! According to staff it has been closed since 2020. I had a couple of issues with my room and upon reporting them to the front desk they were immediately corrected by the friendly maintenance staff.

Old carpet in rooms need replacing. Never fun having your foot stuck to old chewing gum in the carpet. This place needs Greek Lightning and rebuilt again

The carpets in lobby, hallway and my room were covered with ugly nasty stains on top of the already dirty and grungy carpet. I have seen cleaner barns than this hotel. My bathroom had holes in the wall where I can only assume a makeup mirror once hung. For the money they charged over $250 per night was beyond a let done. The staff were actually wonderful and lobby area besides carpets was clean.

Room had a musty odor and both the sink and shower had extremely slow drains (had to stand in inches of water in order to shower). Desk personnel and others were nice, but hotel was fully-booked for a busy weekend & no other room was available. Have an upcoming reservation at the same hotel in a few weeks being canceled today.

This place is past due for a makeover. The carpets throughout the hotel were filthy. Just walking on the carpets gave one that uggggggggh sensation. I found myself wondering what the stains were and what felony was committed to produce them. Call me picky, but when you are being charged $400 a night for a dirty hotel you don’t expect to be charged another $10 for a typical 2nd rate hotel breakfast.

Very nice place. My fiancée and I stayed at this property and were very pleased with the cleanliness. I would say the only thing to make note of is that the snack bar yo front was almost empty.

This hotel needs a renovation badly. The carpeting everywhere is old, worn out and stained. The area near the lobby elevators smelled so bad as did the hallways. The room was clean, but again, carpet was nasty. The shower curtain had mold on it. One great thing, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. The wait staff there were so incredibly nice. Another issue, they don’t clean the room or bring fresh towels unless you ask but they don’t tell you that at check in. They said it was in the room key holder but why can’t they just tell you that. Poor customer service with that issue. Overall, just ok. I won’t rush to go back. Too many other places to stay.

The overall property was in good condition. Breakfast was well prepared. Staff was helpful but didn't seem to have a lot of tools at their disposal. The room was good sized, but bathroom was very worn.
