My main dislike had to do with the fitness center. First, the thermostat was set to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. I’ve traveled for 2 decades and this was the hottest I’ve seen a hotel fitness center. I understand managing costs, but that is too warm a temperature to run/workout indoors. Second, the Peloton did not have an active subscription. Hotels typically configure the bike so patrons can scan a QR code and login for a ride under their personal account. Third, the Peloton bike was not even connected to the WiFi. I tried and tried, so a moment I logged on to my personal phone hotspot, but then chose not configure the bike via my home credentials. This is not how riding a Peloton in hotel should be done. This was very disappointing in a Hilton property. I called the desk from the fitness center, of course no one answered. Highly irritating and unbecoming of the brand. I hope this gets fixed. Some of choose Hilton brand properties particularly for Peloton availability.

The property is very cleans d well appointed. The parking and “valet” service is not good. There was no place to pull up, and we had to find street parking to go inside and talk to the valet, who really did nothing. We parked our own car on the surface lot across the street, took a cart to get our things, and got charged for “valet parking”. They need a better system.

Super great stay, we forgot our boots there and we live in Canada, within the week of calling back, they fixed the problem and shipped them directly to us. Also, the hotel is a maybe 5-8 minute walk to broadway to its perfect place to get away from the business but super easy to walk too. Very clean as well.

The hotel was convenient to shopping and eateries, without being in the hustle and bustle of downtown. breakfast was delicious and the style and decor was updated and nice.

Hotel staff were very kind and super helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel does not include parking, and that should be mentioned in the description. Parking is close to the hotel, but it’s an extra $48.00.

The hotel was nice but I only gave 4 stars b/c I had booked a King Suite specifically because I needed the separate working space for Friday. Instead we got there to a Studio King. It made working Friday very inconvenient while my husband was trying to sleep. The hotel refused to refund the price difference in the room also. So I am just out that money. Also, the parking lot next to the hotel...just don't. We parked at 10:30pm on Thursday night and left around 11am Sunday, never once moved my Jeep and they are wanting $373.60 for parking. That parking lot/service is a joke!

The sitting area in the lobby was very nice. There's a little store with snacks and things you may have forgotten. Staff was very nice and attentive. The bar and bartender were very nice as well. Hotel is walking distance (10 minutes) to Broadway. Many places to shop and eat too!

We liked the location and room was updated and super clean. Parking was high @ $49 a night and being downtown was loud into the night and woke us up once from a dead sleep. The breakfast was superb and better than most, coffee hot and again super clean and inviting. All in all a good experience.

Great location, 8-10 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast had a large variety. Staff friendly. Really the only issue was two of the three elevators were broken so a bit of a wait for one but not a huge problem.

Over booked us and we had to stay at another hotel the first night. No hot water, and OMG the noise. Train horns, and sirens all night long every night for the three nights we were there.

No valet parking due to weather which is understood but no one at least at the door trying to help us get our bags. Struggling in the snow all alone while my husband goes and parks the car. Also the TVs are not smart TVs so we were unable to watch Netflix, Hulu. ETC…

The staff was very knowledgeable and cordial for anything we wanted or needed. We were in walking distance to Broadway, which made it a bargain. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The hotel was fabulous. I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful building, amenities and service available so close to Broadway. Everyone took great pride in their roles. Breakfast was relaxing before our long days of exploring the area, the rooms were impeccable and service was always polite and helpful. And Tia truly IS the best mixologist around. We appreciated her wisdom in other local eateries. We will definitely be returning!
