Good option for an overnight stay. Would rather be closer to downtown but we were just passing through and ready to sleep. Clean and comfortable. Check in was slow, no one at the desk when we arrived. Clerk did not explain any amenities.

My family and I stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites. Our experience was overall good. The only complaint I have is that my family and I listened a noise constantly. Like someone was dragging furniture and banging things. Only stopped for a few hours during the night. But then started again early in the morning. My husband told about it to the front desk person. Also, I would like to suggest to ad a nightstand at the right hand bed close to the sofa bed. Thanks.

Family of five visiting the hot springs. This property seems to be renovating and they are doing a great job! Very clean and fantastic accommodations. The swimming pool is across the street at their sister property.

This was the worst experience I ever had in any hotel. I am a person with a service dog, because I am a mentally sick person. My dog did not bark or dirty the room, did nothing wrong, neither did I. The morning of my check out, I got a knock on a door and verbally assaulted by the main manager name . He told to get my dog and get out! I showed him paperwork, he had nothing to say but accusing of smoking. I do not smoke, and he said "keep your dog from barking". He was talking to me in a very loud voice and treated me like I was his child pointing fingers at me. When I confronted him about the way he talked to me, he tried kicking me out and calling the cops on me. For what I do not know. Is that how you treat mentally sick person with a service dog?

Our first room smelled like smoke so they gave us a different room to stay in. The property on the outside looked very messy, outdated and dirty. The breakfast was terrible, minimal options including toast and waffles that were raw when cooked. Same breakfast options every single day for 4 days in a row. Bathroom in our room was old and dirty. When arriving at hotel late in the evening parking was in an old, messy underground garage with no access to the hotel except by going outside to the front entrance. Our room was never cleaned and towels refreshed the whole 5 days that we stayed there. The front desk staff were rude and not polite or happy to be there. Customer service was terrible.

I checked in online for my flight, checked in and paid for a carry on and selected seat! boarded the plane and got taken off my seat and the plane for not having a boarding pass which I was never given during any of my check ins

Excellent space for our group with 2 separate rooms and a separate tub and walk in shower. We didn’t end up using the kitchenette, but it was well equipped and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The laundry room was close enough to the room I received that the bed was shacking from off-balance laundry machine(s). IN addition to shaking it almost sounded like a helicopter was landing on the roof.

For the price, I did not expect such outstanding rooms! These rooms are all suites (I think!) or maybe just our wing. My sister was on the third floor and we were on the first and both had the same type of room: full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave and fridge; a sitting area and two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. I stayed there with my brother and daughter and the fact that we each had our own room was AMAZING. My room also had a jacuzzi-style tub with jets. This was an amazing value, and one of the more inexpensive options we were looking at! It was a really lovely stay.

Our room was perfect for our large family of 6. The pillows and beds were nice. The sheets were very soft and the bedding was warm. Two of the TVs in our room didn't work, several of the lights were glitchy and the dishwasher leaked. But I would stay here again anyway.

It was under construction and we didn’t know about that. Weird how they had a bunch of cardboard boxes exposed, not much seating for waiting to be checked in, and like 20 lamps shoved into a corner. The room was much smaller than expected for a king suite.

Breakfast was frozen burritos and a microwave so you can unfreeze . Night staff was not there when I checked in took her a good amount of time to get there too check me in and she was still not in the best mood. They would turn on the washer/dryer and our room would be shaking

Great but not eco friendly.
Overall the hotel is in great shape, clean, great location. Very satisfied with almost everything. The breakfast however is not good. Very few options and not eco friendly at all. So much plastic. Every cup is packaged in plastic.
