All our units are oceanfront and watching all the sea life right from your lanai is fabulous. Each unit is very private and they all have a great A/C system that keeps you cool. Aloha Jarmo; We appreciate your comments. The hotel is older it has been here since 1979. We do yearly improvements and all of the owners must meet a minimum standard to be a part of the rental program. The unit you stayed in is a highly requested unit and has many guests who come often. We checked the furniture and found it to be in clean and good condition. All of our units are 2nd homes for our owners and are decorated in their taste.
