Check in was challenging as they didn’t have clean rooms for many people checking in. We had to wait over two hours in the lobby for a room. They also weren’t able to give us an estimate of how long it would take either so we didn’t want to leave the lobby for fear that they may call our names and we weren’t there and then would miss getting a room.

Our room was not ready at check in. When i asked how long it would be they said we have no idea. For paying 350 dollar's for one night i expect my room to be ready at check in or at least an estimated time. Not a rude snotty comment. The waterpark was extra money which is not listed anywhere when booking. Very disappointed with this stay. Absolutely ridiculous for the price i paid for one night that our room wasnt ready. Extremely disappointed

Shower faucet broke, water wouldn’t turn off. Maintenance came to get it to shut off but said he wouldn’t be able to fix it so we could use it again. Who needs to shower anyways.

Only thing I would change is Hotel Guests Only Time with the slides active. It was so crowded once it opened to public, it was very cold & long wait for the big slide.

I didn’t care for having to pay extra money to use the splashes water park, especially when we’re already paying so much money to stay at that location. Even if it’s to use the playground and tubes. I also didn’t like the loud crowd that woke me up at 2am last night after all the people were let out of play makers? I wish a staff member would have asked them to leave or be quiet. The staff were friendly.

Overall our stay was good, the hotel was clean, friendly staff, lots of options for things to do but was extremely expensive (over $425 CAD a night) for what was not included: - No breakfast included - Water slides not included, had to pay extra - Room didn't even have a table/desk or anything to sit at

We arrived on Wednesday, March 27th. On Thursday,the 28th I went down to the front desk at approximately 2:30 pm and asked if our room was going to be cleaned. I was told house cleaning was by request only and they were almost done with housekeeping for the day.She then told me I could request clean towels and a change of the garbage but that would have to be done with a call from my room, strange, I thought, I’m standing right in front of you and making that request now. So I indeed go up to my room and called requesting clean towels, take out the garbage and get some more coffee and tea. Several hours later we returned to our room to find no clean towels, no removal of the garbage. They threw a could packs of coffee and two garbage bags on the counter. For 225$ a night we got nothing more than a bed to sleep on

Decent hotel. Water park is fun. Rooms are extremely noisy. You can hear and feel every door around you every time they slam shut. Rooms were clean and spacious. The lounge with blackjack had unreliable hours. We were a decent size group, and went for dinner, planning on spending our night in the lounge, as the hours showed 4pm until midnight. We arrived around 10:15 to be told the blackjack was shutting down at 10:30, with the rest done at 10:45 and the bar closed at 11.

The hot tub was not working, the pool temp was freezing, the front staff/pool staff were not the most pleasant, the water was scorching hot and unpredictable in our bathroom faucet. The property is showing its age. My son slipped in the water park on a piece of floor that was cracked away cutting his middle toe. Beds were squeaky, shower head was leaking. Big gap in the room door and can hear everything in the hallway

Property and people were great. The room near elevator was loud. Not the hotels fault, but it made my kids have a hard time sleeping. They ended up not feeing well that morning so we left early. Great place, just a rough night.
