Too expensive for the area. If the nghtly rate was $100 or less I would have rated a bit higher. I would expect bed sheets to be clean but they were stained and from how crinkled the sheets were they looked like they were not changed from the previous persons stay. The sink was stained making it look dirty. Shower and tub clean and bright.

Zero customer service at checkin. The gentleman was borderline rude in how he spoke with me. No effort to present a welcoming atmosphere. Other staff were also not engaging or asking if we need anything.

My two friends stay there for 2 nights i was going to meet there and receptionist said that if u stay here more than 30 minutes u have to pay extra money 😳

Carpets were dirty, bathroom had a mouldy mildew smell and the parking lot was almost undrivable due to the fact the did not bother to remove the snow from the snow storm earlier in the week, making the parking lot hard to maneuver with only a single path to get in & out of the lot. I had to help 2 people push their cars out, the snow was extremely heavy.

Hotel was acceptable for a two day stay. The elevator was not working one evening and morning so it was a chore getting up and down the multilevelled stairs to the third floor. Not appreciated when the door card not work once you returned to the room.
