스튜디오 3박 했음. 스튜디오는 간이 주방이 있어서 간단한 음식을 요리하여 먹기 편리하였음. 청결했으며, 매일 객실 청소도 해 주었음. 위치는 피렌체 중앙역에서 트램으로 8정거장이고 트램정거장 바로 앞이라 이동은 매우 편리했음. 다만, 스튜디오는 주방이 포함되어 있음에도 호텔측에서 주방이 포함되지 않은 더블룸으로 배정해 주었음. 그래서 이러한 오류에 대해서 문의하니 실수를 인정하고 제대로 방을 배정해 주고, 사과를 하였음.

호텔 직원도 매우 친절하였고, 객실도 매우 깔끔할뿐만 아니라 객실 크기도 매우 컸으며 모든 면이 괜찮았다. 다만, 주차비를 별도로 10유로를 내야하는 것이 다소 불만족스러웠다.

편안하고 훌륭한 숙소
렌트카를 이용한 가족 여행에서 이용한 숙소로는 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 객실은 유럽 여행 전체 중 손에 꼽을 만큼 깔끔하고 부엌도 훌륭했고 바로 앞에 슈퍼도 있고 걸어서 3분거리 이내에 코인세탁소도 있고 맥도날드도 있었습니다. 프론트도 매우 친절했습니다.

작지만 잘 관리되고 있는 레지던스
24시간 프론트데스크에 담당자가 근무해서 이것 저것 도움받기에 좋았습니다. 더우기 있는 내내 전체적인 관리가 잘되고 있는 느낌이라 좋았습니다.다만, 방3개 짜리 가족실은 문닫을때 소리가 너무 크게 나고 화장실이 1개 뿐이라 매우 불편했죠. 난방는 꽤 잘되는 편이라 새벽에 더웠던 거 같구요. 창문이 하나라도 열리면 자동으로 히터가 꺼지는 시스템으로 구성되어 있어 놀라웠습니다. 전체적으론 가격대비 만족도는 높았던 거 같습니다.

매우 저렴한 가격
3박 묶어서 쌋던건지 모르겠지만 1박당 세금포함 10만원도 안되는 금액에 넓직한 방과 주방, 테라스, 서비스등 제일 마음에 드는 아파트였음.(참고로 호텔아님) 음식도 다 해먹을 수 있게 되어있고, 깨끗하며, 마지막날 콜택시도 불러주고 아주 친절했음. 유럽에 총 11박을 했는데 여기가 가격대비 가장 마음에 드는 곳임. 단지 산타마리아역까지 버스를 타고 15분 가량 이동해야 된다는 딱 한가지 단점이 있었음. 아마도 위치때문에 쌌을거라 생각되지만 현지인들이 사는 주택가라서 주변 대형마트등 여러가지 좋은 점이 더 많았음.. 다음에도 피렌체를 간다면 여기를 이용할꺼임.

우리 콘도 개념이네요..
깔끔하고 바로 옆에 수퍼마켓도 있어서 편했습니다. 콘도 같은데 청소도 해 주더군여.. 22번 버스 타고 시내로 들어갈 수 있어서 교통도 괜찮았어요.. 6명이 잘 수 있어서 가족들이 가기에 좋더군요.. 소파가 침대로 변신... 우리 나라에는 이런 제품 없나?

Very convenient as, although it is outside central Florence, it is an easy 15 minute tram ride straight to all of the sights. Very easy as the tram is right outside the apartments and goes direct to and from the centre. Perfect.

Clean and well-maintained property about 20min from old town by tram. Tram station is right down stairs and tram comes every 3-5min. Check-in reception is not in the property so it could be a little hard to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and checkout was self-serviced (rooms have code locks). I believe check-in reception is only open until 7pm. The standard double room is spacious with a kitchen with fridge which is really handy. There is a supermarket about 5min walk away. There are some good dining options around but not as many as in the old town.

A great place to stay if it wasn't for the noise
The check-in and the room itself as well as the location were very satisfactory. However, I have never had such a noisy room, even in NYC. The room door directly faces a major street (no further walls), the door does not extend all the way down), and there was a construction site on the other side of the building.

Positives - close to airport with tram nearby (but don’t forget to validate you’re ticket!!!!) Receptionist was lovely and helpful Negatives - Very very noisy area - concrete hard bed - difficult to find (reception is around the block and you have to drag bags back through smelly streets to find the door to accommodation) - very small pokey bathroom.

Inpossible to sleep, too noisy, literally like sleeping in the street in terms of noise, the door whic directly opens towards main street has around 1 cm gab beneath that makes sure the sound of cars, tram, chatting people all go in and mix with your dreams. The cleanliness is amazing, customer service is ok.

The hotel and it stuff do not respect a clients. The name of the hotel and the intrance is in the building that is under constructions. the bell was not working so there was no posibility to know where is the new resepcion.we came to hotel after flight and very long drive at nine in the evening.reseption is working up to 19.30 and you can not contact anyone not by phone not by mail not by chat.there is no keys for the rooms only codes.the code was not working and we could not contact anyone from the hotel.also people living near try to help us but they the say that it is always empty. At 23.00 we start to look for other hotel to stay at night.hotel had our phone number availible and did not contact to find out if client arive. Day after we came to look for hotel again because prepaid for three nights we saw anothe turist looking for intrance and looking for help.lucky for them it was not night so they answer in resption and told us where to go .in the reseption they say it is our problem we prepaid so there is nothing the can do. They rude and not polite. We will never stay in this hotel again,there many same price hotels and we sugest for everyone to thing before.

Always on Expedia, it is specified that the reception closes at 7:30 pm, so in case of "late arrival", you need to contact the hotel directly to organize the self check-in procedure (which you did not) and indeed, we just in the hope that you would be able to take possession of your room even if we had no news from you, we sent you an email to your personal email address with all the necessary instructions that unfortunately you have not read;3. In case of an emergency after reception closing time, there are intercoms for contacting us directly, even remotely, and we have not received any of your calls, so you probably pressed the wrong intercom.We are very sorry that your experience at our property was not positive, but it was not our fault.Best regards,

A clean basic place to stay
This is a nice place with easy access and is clean and modern. The room is very basic, absolutely no frills. Just a refrigerator and a TV. The room is a converted apartment with lots of space. The bed was a little hard and the pillows as well. It also had a balcony. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The people at the check in were very helpful and communicated well via Whatsapp.

My apartment was really clean. Whoever your cleaning staff is please give them a raise for their thoroughness and attention to detail. The receptionists were great. Very friendly and inviting. Overall I had a good time at your establishment. Thanks!
