시설은 좋으나 인터넷은....
전체적으로 시설은 만족스러웠으나, 인터넷이 너무 느려서 사용하기가 힘드네요. 그점 빼고는 전체적으로 마음에 들었습니다.

Unbelievably comfy beds and could have quite happily took the mattress home with me. Breakfast was yummy and the staff who worked there (on a Sunday) were all helpful and friendly. Only slight issue we had was a toilet that wasn’t fixed properly to the wall, felt like it would collapse at any minute! It was very unnerving! But would definitely stay at the hotel again 🙂

Extremely conveniently located on the main street in the centre of Southport. Beautifully appointed room with a real boutique feeling.

Unfortunately when booking you are not aware only certain rooms have walk in, accessible showers. We weren't aware, neither did the hotel try to contact us and ask if we were OK to be moved to a smaller room. We weren't happy with the view of a back yard, smaller room so went to forgo the walk in shower and opt for the original choice. That room was somewhat disappointing. The room was big, for sure, but poorly appointed. The TV was tiny and far away from the bed. I struggled to even see what channels I'm clicking on. The bedside and the few ceiling spotlights are so eco friendly they barely cut through the dark making reading impossible. No extra lighting available, not even a desk light. May be just about OK in the summer, but when it's dark outside you can't even see what's in the suitcase let alone do hair or makeup. The tea /coffee facilities are basic, coffee machine, but only two pods, tea, but only standard type with 4tiny sachets of milk in the vast empty fridge. Water would have been nice. The room and bathroom were very clean, but show signs of tiredness, peeling paint, teared chair. Linen good and bed comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Staff overall excellent, very pleasant every one of them

Loved our stay here. The hotel upgraded is as it was our wedding anniversary. The breakfast the next day was beautiful. The waitress and waiter who served us were amazing.

The best in Southport. The dinner options are great. The breakfast Chef cooks the best poached eggs in town ! Highly recommended

Well worth a visit

It was advertised as a hotel with Spa, but there is only a massage room, no any other spa facilities... I think a massage room isn't a spa. The room was extremely dark, I couldn't read my newspaper even when I turned on all of the lights in the room. The bed was so uncomfortable, too soft. The toilet didn't work properly either. So after all I think £301 for two night was a bit too much for this hotel. Plus another £100 for "deposit" at checking in...

Very disappointing stay over
Hotel disappointment. Lighting v subdued, couldn’t see in mirror, bed too wide for 2. Bathroom shower dangerous to climb in and out of! Plug in basin didn’t retain water. Room outlook over roofs/dismal. Won’t visit again. No ease of car parking.

Gone downhill!
I was woken up at 6.45am to the sound of the hotels glass bottles been collected. No body was on reception when I arrived and nobody even asked how my stay was at check out. Well if you cant be bothered then i will stay somewhere else next time im in town.

Fabulous Hotel
Best Hotel I've stayed in for a long time and I travel a lot. Staff were excellent and you tell they actually loved working there which just created a really nice environment. The work area was great for a small group of us to work from and really good value. The rooms were clean and spacious and the valet parking was great too. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel but with weather being really hot I was disappointed the air conditioning wasn’t working. Lack of sleep because of this makes my rating a bit lower.

Great stay overall
Staff were lovely, upgraded room for mum’s birthday, lovely platter in room. Only issue was the room was very hot so we had to sleep with the window open which made it noisy.
