Has all the basics for a night or 2. The beds are comfortable. Room was very clean. Limited breakfast options. For the price it was a good deal

If you need frills, this isn’t the place for you. But, if you just need a quiet, clean place to stay, they have you covered! This motel has updated interior. Clean bathroom and sleeping area. Comfy bed.

While I really appreciated the property being pet friendly, it was disappointing that there weren't any real places to walk the dog safely. And there were no trash cans available around the property. On the plus side, the room was clean and the check-in was easy.

Room was very dirty. The back of the door and handle were full of dirty stain, the entire floor was sticky, we never took off our shoes. The bath room sink hand came completely off when we went to turn it on. We had to wipe off the tv remote before we used it. The walls in the bathroom were covered with dark stuff splattered all over. We didn’t even want to turn the light switch on, it was so grimy. We paid way too much for the room. Do not stay here.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was very reasonably priced, but we decided to trust the reviews online and give it a try. We could tell that it was recently renovated. Our room was basic, but very neat and clean with great mattresses that seemed very new and a large flat screen television. The staff also couldn't have been nicer.

Good for a quick overnight
Room was clean, all identified amenities present. Heater was inconsistent; not a big deal for me, but for some, it would be irritating, as the temperature varied greatly. "Breakfast" is best enjoyed elsewhere.

The staff was rude and disrespectful. when I checked out they tried to give my deposit to the wrong person and I'm the one that paid it. They never cleaned our room. The only thing they did was take the trash out and replace the towels. Mind you I stayed for a week and a half. They wanted to charge us a $40 cleaning fee when we asked them to switch us rooms bc they would both clean ours. There was blood splatter on the ceiling of the entrance to the sink area. Then we were told we couldn't rent anymore and forced to leave when we had money to pay for the room. Once gone I got online to search for rooms again and found that Bluegrass Inn still had available rooms so I was definitely highly upset about how we were treated

Hi again Like I mentioned to you in the previous review. If the room/service was so bad as you describe you shouldn’t want to stay here, but even after being treated the way you described you kept wanting to stay. We do not charge a cleaning fee to guest that are staying with us. The room is cleaned upon request (there is a letter posted at the desk for all to read (can’t be missed))The deposit has to go to the person who is registered and no one else, doesn’t matter who pays if the room is not under your name you do not get anything……Hope you have a great day and an amazing stay wherever you stay next

You get what you pay for. My room was clean. I liked that they did not use carpet in the rooms but the pho wood panel floor. It is a family run business and they are doing the best they can with the property they own. Check in was efficient. There were two people in front of me and they were quickly checked in.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needs some work, the room we were in was clean but there are cracks in the ceiling and a small piece of the sheetrock missing. Over all its not a bad place to stay for a night.

Recently remodeled. Basic, but clean. No frills, but price was very reasonable! Comfy bed, no pillow top or anything fancy. Minimal breakfast options. Adequate accommodations for our needs.
