Wunderbare Anlage direkt am Meer. Verbindung mit dem öffentlichen Bus ( pünktlich regelmäßig) sowohl in die Stadt als auch zum Flughafen sehr bequem. Ebenso eine Autovermietung direkt gegenüber der Anlage sowie unmittelbare Parkmöglichkeit auf der Anlage. Anlage schön angelegt; dezent und geschickt angeordnete Bungalows so dass man viel Privatsphäre hat

Incredible Stay at an Affordable Paradise. Wow!
Incredible stay at Knossos Beach Hotel and Spa - 10/10. We felt very cared for! Every room was max 3 min from the crystal clear warm water, cabanas and beach chairs with umbrellas on the smooth sand beach. I thought we would want to do many things in Greece only to discover this hotel and beach was paradise - so I never left! Superb staff - every one, tasty cocktails on the beach, warm water exterior pool (we never used because the ocean was soft and warm without dangerous waves!). Delicious food, good wine selection. Paradise. And an affordable paradise!!

Sehr charmanter Beach Flair, moderne Einrichtung, aber teilweise nicht hochwertig oder leicht beschädigt. Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Essen war sehr lecker, es gab auch ausgewählte vegetarische/vegane Gerichte am Buffet. Flugzeuge fliegen über den Strand hinweg, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub dort.

Romantic Bungalow Stay
The resort was just amazing with beautiful white buildings and flowered pathways! We had a private Villa with a private pool and fabulous room service! The private restaurants on the resort was delicious! Highly recommended!

Knosso beach bungalow was a nice way to end our 10 th anniversary vacation. The staff was kind the buffet was very tasteful but what I like the most was the view looking over the sea at the mountains and the fact that our private heated pool made this place a little gold mind. Well there’s nothing little about this place it’s huge but beautiful. I also liked you have your on private cabana on the beach. The grounds of Knossos is beautiful. Also if you feel like you want to dress up a little they do have a elegant restaurant you could try on the grounds too. Whether it’s a long stay or a weekend stay you will love your stay here. Oh and the night pictures are just as beautiful as the pictures in the day. We had a great week.

We had a suite with private pool and access to beach Room was a good size, and the private pool was a decent size too Access to beach was great, and it felt a little like a private beach, shared with a handful of people Food was great (Si La particularly nice food and views) Entertainment was OK, not the best but not the worst Staff were really good, always very polite and quick to take orders Loved our week and would definitely come back austin

The Knossos Bungalow Beach Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The staff at the beach and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The menus at both restaurants are good, but not exciting enough to have lunch or dinner there every day. The beach snack bar is a good alternative, but the variety is also quite limited. The laminate flooring in the rooms and the built-in closets were worn out and definitely in need of renovation. The price of the rooms is slightly higher than the offered quality. Overall, it was a nice hotel and a beautiful vacation.

Paradise!
Super convenient to the airport and ports. The hotel felt very high end and the accommodations were spacious and clean. The food was excellent, although Swell was a better restaurant than Si La. The room came with a stocked mini bar that was complementary and you could order anything you wanted from their mobile app and it would arrive within minutes. My wife and I had an awesome time there and would highly recommend this property!

Island suite with its own pool makes for a great stay. Terrific staff from management to housekeeping. Welcome dog Hermes - bonus! Very expensive all-inclusive option was not worth it unless you drink a lot. We didn’t. Vegetarian options for lunch and dinner very limited with limited protein sources. Lots of fruits, salads but spaghetti every meal as vegetarian entree source. Sila very limited menu and no substitutions or ability to make dish vegetarian (was there no chef for this restaurant that requires reservations?) Nice stay in nice quiet area 20 min from Eraklio. Staff works VERY hard to please so would recommend but not with inclusive option.

The staff were all great with a warm and friendly attitude. The buffet was always great and had variety and new options each day. The room was spectacular with an easy trip to the beach which was perfect. Plenty of chairs and cabanas and the water was crystal clear. Would definitely come back.

Das Hotel hat keine 5 Sterne verdient. Maximal 3. Liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Die Strandliegen und Cabanas sind so verdreckt das man sie nicht benutzen kann. Das Frühstück und die Location gleicht einer Kantine. Schade das Personal in den Restaurants ist sehr nett.

Very run down, tired old place. Not VIP quality. The 5 star rating is misleading if not lying. From the moment we drove in we could see it was old and poorly maintained. Beds, linens, lounges, gym equipment, etc should have been replaced a long time ago. The pools and hotel generally below 3 star. This hotel gives the Expedia Ratings system a really Bad Name.

Eine saubere Unterkunft, mit tollen Zimmern. Fast in jedem wird Meersicht geboten. Toller Strand mit gratis Liegen und romatischen Strandboxen (mietbar pro Tag). Leider befindet sich das Hotel in der Anflugsschleife des Flughafens von Heraklion und deshalb sind fast 24h Flugzeuge im Anflug und im Aussenbereich, resp. im Zimmer mit offenem Fenster gut hörbar. Weiter gab es Hotelintern lediglich 2 Restaurants mit kleineren Karten sowie das Buffet. In der näheren Umgebung befanden sich dafür viele kleinere Restaurants am Meer. Zu Fuss waren diese innerhalb von 10min bis 30 minuten erreichbar. Es hat einen Bus anschluss in der Nähe des Hotels, welcher in die grössten Städte Kretas fährt.

Très bien.
L'hôtel est beau. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Tout est fait pour que vous soyez bien. Les suites sont immenses ! Le confort est présent. Les deux restaurants sont de belle qualité. Le restaurant Buffet également et très variés tout comme le petit déjeuner.
