Dear Charles, thank you for staying with us. As soon as you made a comment via the extra net I contacted you to find out and check what was not up to your satisfaction, all the issues were swiftly handled and explained, unfortunately it was a bit complicating to communicate with you as we not speak Chinese. As it is low season we not have every day guests make use of the shuttle service, that is the reason we ask our guest to let us know in advance if they like to make use of it. Do not understand what you mean hotel owner attitude poor, as above I mentioned I reacted and contacted you just a few minutes later you posted your comment, I had to ask you 3-4 times until you understood that I react to your comments, we replaced the fruits with fresh once immediately, hot water was checked and worked OK. Ban Sabai Village is not a modern style resort it is a wooden traditional, cozy and rustic style. However we have as well more modern rooms such as the Jacuzzi Junior Suites maybe this room type you should book next time, which I explained to you on the day I met you first.

We try our best to work the best way out. We have actually at 18h every day van going to night bazaar area free of charge, during other times we are pleased to call a taxi for you, depending on destination 200 THB up, we have a s well a Taxi card to take along to show t taxi drivers to make your return trip easy.

It can happen during windy days that our staff is slow in cleaning up the area from fallen leaves, we try to improve this status so the resort looks more pleasant. Our staff is happy to assist you to get a taxi from to hotel to your desired destination. Taxis are not expensive in Chiang Mai and a very easy mode of transportation.
