The property was super noisy. There was a 2 inch gap between the entry door and the floor of the room. Constant woken up by people walking in the hall or cars driving on the street. The bathroom flooded due to the drain for the shower being 5 feet away from the shower. Extremely dangerous! When we mentioned the issue yo the front desk, the refused to do anything about it. We even asked for extra towels to clean it ourself and were denied.

We rented a family room, the AC worked on a timer so didn't turn on properly. The bathroom had insects flying around. We mentioned not to clean one of the days, they cleaned anyways. Beds weren't fixed so they rolled around every time you bumped into them.

Short bus ride to westfield and the train station, and loads of restaurants. Room has good space and facilities. Enjoyed our stay.would recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December just after Christmas. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were a good size, with a small restaurant open for breakfast each morning that was very reasonably priced. Very easy access to Public Transport with a bus stop almost outside the front door, a short bus ride down to Burwood Train Station. Train run every 10 / 15 minutes into Central. Would stay here again.

It’s quite expensive to stay here considering the location, the room itself is so basic and just what you’d expect in a motel really, the bed is on wheels, god forbid you turn over in your sleep as you’d lose your pillow from the bed moving away from the wall, the water pressure in the shower was so bad that my plumber husband said if we stay next time I’m bringing my own shower head. It is also SO noisy, you can hear everything!! Receptionist was really lovely :)

Staff were very, very nice. Our room was at the front of the building and we heard traffic loudly all night and morning. Not the motels' fault but we also heard the garbage disposal for ages sometime after midnight, that's how loud it was.

Great place to stay for two nights. Breakfast for $10 each a bonus plus. Delicious. Close to restaurants. Staff wonderful and helpful. Highly recommended

Basic accommodation, you get what you pay for- more expensive, much nicer. Really clean, staff couldn't do enough. Could use a reno of the basic rooms- grouting coming away from the tiles around the bath made the tiles sharp. Fridge didn't work to cool in the basic room. Upgraded- better accommodation, better appointed with working appliances. Cooktop old, but overall kitchenette nice , room a nice place to stay.

The location is good, easy to park. However, the Wifi connection is poor, unstable, and difficult to log in, also easy to be logged out. Walk 10 minutes to Chinatown, dining is convenient. It equips with a bathtub, which is excellent.

Terrible conditions. Dodgy electrical wiring that could easily electrocute someone. Pubic hair in the bath. Couches were filthy, stains all over them. Not enough hot water for 4 people. Mattresses were like concrete. Fridge freezers the food. The apartment was dirty and the noise from the traffic on Liverpool road was so loud. I would not recommend staying here.

You get what you pay for. The room was definitely clean and the bed was very comfortable. However it was very small and because it only had air conditioning in the room was rather dank and smelly. The television was small but like I said you pay for what you get.

Disappointing price for Friday night. Room was dusty around the bed head and tables, very noisy from housekeeping trolleys outside from early each day. TV reception on a lot of Chanel’s did not work or was pixilated. Silicon around bath and vanity showed evidence of mould at the edges.

Location was great for travel to concert at Olympic Park. Walking distance to railway station and restraunts. Floor above was noisy. Could hear chairs being dragged across fllor above and stomping of tenants above. Carpet on floors would gelp dampen noise.
