Very disappointed in their consideration. I had to leave and didn’t stay the night. I asked for a refund of the parking fee and beach fee that was not being used and they would not extend any courtesy. I would never recommend nor stay there again.

The front staff was nice upon check in & offered us a free upgrade. We had a king w/ a partial room. Last minute trip trying to save a few. We were offered double queens full oceanview instead of a king partial ocean view. The rooms view was far & overlooked the pool more. It was on a low floor & then the air kept shutting off during the night. Also the sheets were scratchy & the bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise the room was clean & nice looking. The pool was extremely loud (no surprise there) & bothersome enough to have to shut our balcony door the whole time. The whole reason for a full ocean view was to have the door open till we went to bed. We enjoy the sound of the waves & it was a particularly windy day. That being said, the walkability is fantastic & if you have kids & don’t want quiet then this is your hotel! It’s just not what we were looking for & clearly should not have taken the “upgraded” room. A partial view is better than a full view w/ loud noise.

The location is directly across the street from what I believe are some of the best dining places in south florida. And the distance across the sand from the hotel is short. Some places are set back from the water and you have to walk 200 yards across sand to set up. Great location!!

The food was delicious! Having the beach so close was a so convenient and being able to walk across the steeet to restaurants nearby. Wonderful stay, very clean and tranquil.

Great staff, very clean, awesome food and I can tell as a business owner is that the hotel is well managed and professional. I will never stay at a different place when I visit Marco Island.

Pool was crowded and most days many beach chairs sat empty but had towels on them to “claim them” so that was frustrating but there was always room on the beach and staff were great from front desk to bell hop to bartenders to beach dudes.

The room was terrible, the pool was small and basic with no view. Only 1 small hot tub for maybe 6 people (max). A budget hotel would have offered more! Specific to the room, it smelled like smoke, the beds were like cardboard, and nothing comfy or inviting about it. The hotel could use a major renovation for the prices they want to charge. Holiday Inn and Days Inn have them beat! They only offered me a $200 credit for having to stay in a smoking room that I paid $3K for.

Very dated needs renovation. Graffiti in the back of the bathroom door and bad touch up painting in room around thermostat that does not match. Look like it was done by a person with no experience.

The food was terrible. We had to re-order our meals twice. The breakfast buffet was not too great, but the omelets were good.

We were there for a shell collecting tour on the 10,000 Islands. We stayed at the property before and it was amazing. This year, Expedia was supposed to have booked us an Ocean front suite, top 2 floors. We had 2nd floor, no Ocean view at $1,250 per night. I was slightly frustrated!! It was also cold!! The restaurant was too cold to eat in. When it is 58 degrees outside, you need to turn on the heat.. nobody wants to be cold at a Beach front resort. Also the hallways were freezing as well. This is what happens when the management isn’t paying attention. Lots of older Ladies in coats!! Locally we checked out a day early and got 2 nights credited back to our account, so kudos to Expedia for doing that.. Next year we will book directly with Hilton

The beach staff, pool staff, dining and cleaning staff were all very friendly. While we have stayed here more than once (it is a nice hotel), I find it to be overpriced - daily parking fees, resort fees, the convenience store in hotel was ridiculously priced, etc… Rooms were ok but nothing special for the price.

One critique: no bedside alarm clock…no clock! No information booklet or pen/paper. There was a bar code to scan for hotel info. Bottom line, we Don’t have an I phone and so we’re technically handicapped! Loved our stay.

This was our first time staying at this resort, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was phenomenal, very attentive and were always willing to help. Our favorites were the bellhop guys, thanks for taking such good care of us. If you are wondering about purchasing the add-on for breakfast every day, do it. it’s a $70 value for two and it’s a full breakfast buffet. The View from room 519 was absolutely stunning. We met so many amazing people, complete strangers that you can just sit down and have conversations with any given time. Thanks for having the heaters out on this cooler week however We were still pretty sunburned by the end of each day.

it is a lovely setting on the beach and offers lots of views to enjoy the ocean and this lovely town. the hotel needs a bit of tlc to make it a five star hotel, attention to detail matters. the staff were very friendly and helpful, which was delightful. Marco Island is for the rich so plan to drop some coin for your visit for sure.

The beach was the most beautiful of the Florida beaches I have been to. They keep the seaweed off the beach and keep it clean. So pretty with the white sand. I don’t want to leave here!

Great hotel and would have given them 5 stars except for: 1. Room was not ready until past 5pm and I had to insist for late check out in return… didn’t really use it as it was not part of our plan. 2. When they say “Partial Ocean View” it could mean from the back of the hotel by the parking lot. That’s what we got. 3. This was for our 20 year wedding anniversary (we had stayed at the same hotel for our honeymoon) and were monitoring the price for several months. Finally caved in a week before and paid $500 for 1 night (non-refundable). We received an email the day before offering half off for the same night on an “Ocean View” room and they wouldn’t let us take it. I don’t think we will ever go back, even though it was a special place for us.
