예쁜 풍경 여유로운 곳 입니다.
관광지가 많은 남쪽에 위치하고 있어 관광에는 편합니다. 전용바다에서 즐기는 액티비티 및 모든 식사가 무료여서 너무 좋았습니다. 식사는 그냥.. 쏘쏘.. ㅎㅎ 한국인이 별로 없어서 그런지 묵는 내내 저희만 보면 중국말로 인사를 하여 그것이 약간 불편했습니다. ㅎㅎ

Property is just ok, used to be great one but not anymore. Maintenance work required all around the property. Ants and lizards were in the room, proper pest control is needed to take care of this. Entertainment was good. Hotel staffs pretty helpful and pleasant. At breakfast a variety is needed, most of the days they had the same food every morning.

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing break at Tamassa. From the moment we arrived we were amazed with the wonderful service and amazing facilities at Tamassa. We visited the lovely peaceful spa with sauna and steam room every other day, we went on the included snorkleing (3 times) and glass bottom boat even spotting a turtle one day. The beach was beautiful and everything so close. The room was lovely and comfortable. We spent most of our days in the pool, spa, playing table tennis or chess. The food was lovely with loads of choice. Service was great, and staff so friendly, can't fault anything. We never thought we'd be the type to like a resort holiday but this has converted us! We've come back feeling completely refreshed and recharged. Thank you Tamassa 🙂

Perfect for our last night and staff very accommodating so we could have our room for the day before we flew home . Relaxing environment and lovely to be right on the coast . Breakfast was good with plenty of variety .

Spent 13 days here with my girlfriend in late January to early February, which isn’t really the optimal season here on Mauritius. We went through just about the end of a cyclone our first day and another one about 5 days after, which at some points made trips, sunbathing and bathing etc not possible. Despite some bad weather we managed to get sunlight too. Just know that during these times the weather is unpredictable. The cleaning of our rooms isn’t really the greatest I’ve experienced, in fact it’s one of the worst. To begin with i was clumsy enough to break a bottle in our room and asked the cleaning service to sweep the floors and help us pick it up. They did it with no effort as there was still glas on the floor. Accidentally it happend again (all the water provided in the rooms are in glass bottles) and the same this time. I picked up some of it myself as I didn’t want to be a bothering guest. Secondly there’s quite some mold in the showers and our bathroom had a constant smell of sewage/feces. I never asked to change room for this even though thinking back on it, we probably should have complained. I’ve been to Mauritius 3 times and never experienced mosquitos like this before. The rooms are provided with a electric mosquito deterrent but in our opinion it doesn’t work. Me and my girlfriend swatted the room always before bed to reduce the risk of getting bitten. We also experienced several times geckos in our room. The restaurant at the beach isn’t worth it. 6/10

Tres bel hôtel. Chambres spacieuses mais mobilier et équipements vieillissants. Animations pour les adultes et les enfants au top. Personnel acceuillant et à l'écoute. Restaurant buffet tres bien fourni et service au top. Ce qui n'est pas le cas du restaurant La Playa qui devrait revoir sa carte et son personnel.

Amazing view, rooms are clean, AC works well. What stood out to me was the amazing customer service these people have. Mauritians are very respectful individuals. They didnt have rooms available for late checkout but they have a lounge where people could wait. Services are still available until you leave even if you check out early and stay at the resort while waiting for time to go to the airport. I loved my stay at Tamassa and would recommend!

Great location and facilities, but bad service
Location and facilities are great, however, the staff in both reception, restaurant and bar is rude, do not speak english and directly harass the guests. We had a very unfortunate experience 3 days in a row with unpleasent treatment by the staff

First Mauritian Experience
Fantastic resort, very family friendly, safe and beautiful. Half board package was great for us, menu for lunch was a bit limited, but altogether was an excellent trip. A bit disappointed that we weren't offered the room upgrade or late checkout as GOLD VIP Guests. The resort is a bit far away from everything, but if you're planning on staying put at the resort, it's excellent.

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, spacious, pretty grounds, lovely pool & beach. But don't book through Expedia as the all inclusive package isn't properly all inclusive! Book with someone who gives access to Playa restaurant and keeps your AI going til 6pm on check out day! We felt like second class citizens compared to people who'd booked through other tour operators. Not the hotel's fault at all though. It's gorgeous, go there!!

Schönes Resort an der Südküste.
Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Tamassa. Ausreichend großes und sehr gut klimatisiertes Zimmer. Möbel nicht mehr ganz neu, aber völlig okay. Ruhige Anlage, ausreichend Liegen, gratis Wassersportaktivitäten, Gym ab 6 Uhr morgens geöffnet, ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze (Hotel liegt abseits, wenn man etwas anders als die Hotelanlage sehen möchte ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert). Sehr gute Abendunterhaltung und nette Atmosphäre und auch bei AI gute Getränkekarte. Sehr gute Büffets. 1 x wöchentlich Gratis-Sundowner am Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen !

Bon hôtel, bon petit-déjeuner, varié. Chambre agréable. J'avais besoin de la chambre plus tôt que l'heure officielle du check-in et ils me l'ont préparée. Quand on quitte l'hôtel, on peut encore en profiter si notre vol est tard dans la journée. Ils ont une "departure room" pour pouvoir se doucher, se préparer avant d'aller à l'aéroport.

Delicious cuisine with a large variety of Indian and Kreol options with touches of French cuisine. Inspiring meals that were so much more enjoyable than a standard offering of other resorts. The hotel area was very spacious, villas are located in a beautiful perfectly maintained garden. The hotel beach was also much more spacious than what I saw in the other hotels nearby. Great choice of activities to do in the resort for free without limits - water activities, gym, pétanque and other garden games. Free entrance to sauna and steam bath, definitely visit Santosha spa, it was so relaxing just to lie down next to the pool there and relax surrounded by harmony. This hotel offers excellent services for a very reasonable price compared to the other hotels in the southern part of the island. Every day, I discovered something new what the hotel offers. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy relaxing vacation in a beautiful surrounding.

Très beau resort, proposant un tas d'activités dans un cadre de rêve. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours aux petits soins. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour compler les visiteurs. Néanmoins les chambres sont un peu vieilles et nécessitent un rafraichissement.

Schöner Aufenthalt für Groß und Klein
Super schöner Aufenthalt ingesamt. Leider waren die Beach Rooms überbucht, sodass wir unsere eigentliche Zimmerkategorie nicht bekommen haben. Wir haben dann direkt neben den Beach Rooms ein schönes Zimmer bekommen und je eine halbe Stunde Massage als Ausgleich (Die Massagen sind wunderbar!). Die Zimmer waren insgesamt sehr schön, die Duschwände und Fugen gehören allerdings mal richtig geschrubbt. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich, der Burger Truck ist sehr zu empfehlen!!! Die Cocktails/Mocktails im AI-Paket waren ebenso super. Wenn man im A La Cart Restaurant Playa essen möchte muss man 2-3 Tage vorher reservieren. Sollte man Nahrungsmittelallergien haben wird dies absolut berücksichtigt und der Koch kommt persönlich mit dem Essen am Tisch vorbei! Erwähnenswert ist auch noch der wunderschöne Wellnessbereich mit eigenem Pool, Sauna und Dampfsauna (man kann sich Zeitslots buchen und sie dann nutzen). Das Hotel hat eine App in der man alle Buchungen während des Aufenthaltes nachvollziehen kann und auch Dinge buchen kann.

Es un 4 Estrellas excelente de precio y calidad. Es un resort pequeño, pero suficiente. La playa del hotel es excelente: no hace falta salir a buscar otras playas. Comida y servicio muy bueno. Personal muy muy joven que se esfuerza mucho. Muy muy recomendable.

Staff was lovely, thank you Leena, Dilshad and Karan the chef, surrounding was perfect beautiful view, lovely beach, safe and tranquil and breakfast was lovely. The first room allocated to us was not in a letting condition, broken fire alarm, ceiling fan and bedside light, toilet smelt, the wall had blood stain from dead mosquitoes. We were transferred to another room, a bit more clean but still bad smell from the toilet and bedsheets which was torn with holes.
