It started with a late night arrival. I drove 5 hours for a professional football game the next day in Cleveland. So that I would not need to look for a room late when I arrived, I booked a room through Hotels.com, I received a confirmation number and presented it at the check in counter when I arrived. 40 minutes later, my grandson and I got the keys to our room. Though Your employees found my reservation, they could not locacte payment from Hotels.com after calls to them and other delays, your employees figured it out, it was there all the time. I received no discount, no complimentary breakfast, nothing other sorry this took so long. Bad experience, I will not stay with you in the future.
