The room itself was in need of repair (holes in walls patched with tissue paper and the like) and deep clean. The single beds are about to fall apart. The carpets were stained and worn almost threadbare. The owners of the unit should be ashamed of the state of it. I cleaned what I could so that we could feel comfortable there. I would have asked to move but felt sorry for the managers and whoever might get the room next. The reception/managers were awesome however and the facilities outside of the room were excellent, the pools were beautifully clean and functional. Parking was secure. It's a great location with beach access immediately across the road.

Staff was very helpful with any concerns we had. Internet wasn’t the best, loosing connection intermittently nearly every day from 18:00 with poor or no connection in the bedroom. Facility is very convenient with every thing needed for self catering. Close to beach and eateries with in walking distance. Would recommend place to stay.

Really enjoyed our time here. Great location if you are not wanting to be in the thick of it, close to Southport Surf Lifesaving Club and Tedder Ave. Staff were friendly, there is easy and free parking, great views and all round an awesome value place to stay while on the Gold Coast. We would have no hesitation staying here again.

Excellent location, amazing view and good staff service However the problem is with the apartment quality. I am not sure where to start 1. Carpet is really dirty 2. Rusted balcony doors 3. Uncleared outdoor, dining and other tables 4. Scuff marks across the house 5. Broken plates and glasses 6. Overall dirty apartment It’s not worth of money you pay for the quality of the apartment.

Roaches, roaches and more roaches!
Booked a stay with my family while I was on business in the Gold Coast and I was attracted by the size and views that were promised. One thing that I didn’t plan for was the infestation of roaches in the unit! From the moment we arrived we realized that it didn’t look like the pictures. It had a musty smell and was very dated. The view was fabulous so we decided to make the most of it. My daughter noticed a bunch of spiders so we started to vacuum them up. The area is fabulous so we decided to go to the beach. On our return we started to see the little critters scurrying across the floors. We quickly grabbed the vacuum to try to contain them. But to our surprise they kept coming. They were in the bathrooms, kitchen, and it seemed everywhere we looked. At this point all the staff had long left so we were not able to let anyone know. It was so bad that I decided to pack up and leave immediately. After loading the car up with the bags my son went back up to check if there was anything left. As luck would have it he got stuck in the elevator. It was late so it took 2 hrs for the service team to get him out. The next day when speaking to the manager he said this was normal in the area but they have never had this problem before which was a lie as after searching I saw others make the same complaint. He offered to clean the room but I said hell no and demanded a refund. A word of wisdom. Until they renovate this place stay away!

Carpets had apparently been cleaned the morning we were arriving. Withojt being told we went to our room to find the unit closed up with drenched carpet, musk smell and noone at reception to help nor on phones because it was after 4pm. Needed to wait until monday before we could get help (checkout day) we were given 1 night stay as renumeration however after paying for the 2 nights it was a let down. The outdoor pool is tiny and cramped in a small fenced area. Indoor pool is better but in a very bare room where you feel like your in a bathroom. The lady that works there laughed at my face when i asked for help with the carpets, stating i am lucky to be there at all because we were late for checkin?? (Which we werent according to their facts printed on our booking invoice). Very much would recommend elsewhere.. only plus is the view which is slowly being impeded by buildings now.

Ocean view on Gold Coast
Great ocean view with deck. Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly before our move in and small cockroaches were in the kitchen 😨. After spending first 2hrs spraying and wiping the kitchen top and moping the floors the rest of the stay was great. The front desk was sympathetic the next morning when I mentioned the state of the apartment. Overall great Ocean view but another Sun-lounger for and deck and a cleaning inspection both indoor and deck furniture would make things much more pleasant for guests. We were 5 people with an extra bed that somehow was oversighted. Luckily we checked in just before 5pm when reception closes. I that picked at check in time and was resolved as soon as we reached the room. Suggest if you have any special request like extra bed etc then try checking in when reception is attended so any oversight is resolved without any stress.

Immediate proximity to beach
Just across the road from the beach, this location cannot be beat at Main beach. With a great cafe at ground level and excellent pool/spa/sauna available would recommend. Just some issues with cleanliness of appliances: fans, sandwich press, coffee maker. Television in lounge did not display local channels at all, and only 4 channels. Limited office hours.

Fantastic stay, completely exceeded my expectations and we’re totally glad we chose to stay here. We had decent ocean views from the lounge, balcony and bedroom. The area was fantastic, little less busy than surfers paradise but still close enough to enjoy the shopping precinct. So many cafes and restaurants within 5minute walk as well, but also a Subway and 7/11 at the bottom of the building for convenience. We’ll chose to stay here again next time we come to the Gold Coast!

This resort was a great stay for myself and family with young kids. The pool was great for afternoon swims but needs a bit of a scrub around the top tiles. The room was amazing with a great view…..aircon was a bit noisy when on and just needs a little bit more of a deep clean (ceiling fans , spare blankets dirty) other wise the room was great and would definitely stay again.

Advertised as a King but it is a Queen. The shutters in the bathroom are broken with a blade at chest height that falls out. No clothes or hair dryer. Newly renovated with good aspect and friendly helpful staff.

I love that its close to the beach, the views qere beautiful, and there were great amenities such as a tennis court, an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa, a sauna, a gym, a bbq, and an arcade area for kids to play. The undergorund parking with trolleys that are great when you need your stuff taken up in one trip. Really impressed.

Was a nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly. Stunning ocean views watching the whales swim past. Close to the beach and restaurants. Kids spent a lot of them in the pool. The cleanliness and maintenance let it down though, carpets need a good clean and vacuum around the edges as you can see a layer of dust. Floor needed fixing between master bedroom and hallway as one of our kids cut their foot on the part that divides them. Showers were pretty gross
