room was not bad but i didn't get deposit back
The room condition was not bad but i didn't got my deposit (which was 100pounds) back so I emailed the service center but l didn't get reply either

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your accommodation. All pre-authorisations are cancelled on the day of departure. If you live abroad (not UK) you bank can take up to 15 working days excluding saturdays, sundays and bank holidays, so please check with your bank, as you statement is clearly incorrect. If you have queries contact the management.

직원들 모두 친절해요. 방은 조금 좁았지만 깨끗하고 아늑해요! 위치도 아주 좋아요! 언더그라운드와 가깝고 인근에 상점, 마트 들이 많아요. 7박 동안 훌륭했어요👍👍

공항에서 피카딜리라인 타고 한번에 올 수 있고 지하철에서도 캐리어를 끌고 3분 정도면 도착할 수있는 위치입니다. 유명 관광지까지 튜브로 15~30분 안쪽으로 모두 가능하며 숙소도 깨끗하고 조명 침구 위생 모두 최상입니다. 트리플룸에 묵었는데 샤워실 물이 잘 내려가지 않는 단점이 있습니다.

Great location, nice property, comfortable beds and baths. When we were there the elevator was broken and we were on 3rd floor. It was a little taxing on my back and knees. The staff were friendly and helped with our bags.

Camera deluxe all’ultimo piano dell ‘edificio dove si esegue il check in . Camera piccola ma negli standard londinesi. Ottima pulizia, camera e bagno nuovi. Non abbiano usufruito della colazione. Vicino c’è sono parecchi ristoranti,pub e anche un piccolo supermarket. Metropolitana a due minuti a piedi. Comoda anche per alcuni bus. Albergo permette di lasciare i bagagli sia prima che dopo il soggiorno.

good location Ok hotel room. Room to sleep and take a shower. No problem with staff. Cleaning every day (or more new towels, tea cups and made out bed). Not new sheets. Light buttons worked fine Elevator worked They gave us new shampoo/ soaps for each day. There is placed to buy food such as food stores/ fast food. The fastfood was bad. The food stores was good. The tube is right around the corner. - no information about breakfast, but in our building (24) it had a note referring to breakfast in the main building and times. (We did not order breakfast at the hotel) - not easy to find the room. The room was in the backyard. - alot of school kids making noice since the hotel is next to a school. Not the best place for ouiet. - the wall had alot og marks / paint/ stains - the only chair had a black mark - the toilet door was peeling in the bottom left corner - tv did not work - no hair dryer . If you have colored hair be prepared to pay for the towels. (They rent the towels) This will be taken from the deposit 100£ you pay when checking in. - insects came up from the sink multiple times. May just be because it was in the backyard. I dont know. Should still not appear in our room - bed matress had lot of yellow stains and hair strands. Also the pillows and the quilt. - the hallways are tiny. Only fitting one normal person. Fine for only sleeping and going out on the day Would not choose again. There was better hotels in the same street too.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Rooms are cramped. We had a basement room which had limited light. Alarm went off at 3am because someone’s long steamy shower set it off.

This was a great stay would not change anything. Great value and an amazing area close to the tube 30 seconds away. Stay here you won’t be sorry we had the double deluxe room and was a good size. Would recommend this room size.

次回もここにしよう！と決めました。アールズコート駅はどこにも出やすくて便利な上に、リフトがあるので、重たいトランクを抱えたひとり旅でも安心です。ホテルはリフトが故障中でひと苦労でしたが、その階段さえがんばれば、部屋はきれいだし、静かで快適です。

we had a really nice stay with good service and in a great location. very comfy bed and very clean and easy to understand surroundings. only downside is there’s no curtain in the middle so can be very bright at night as the lights from outside the building shine in very brightly through the night, making it difficult to sleep. thank you very much for the accommodation and would definitely stay again.

Property is in a good area. A lot to do in walking distance. Close to tube and central London. Building condition on the outside looks good but when you walk in smells sour as water damage throughout the property. Rooms are very small. I knew booking the property the rooms were not large but even smaller in person. Cleaning crew is lovely and efficient but front staff are not very helpful.

Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber neu renoviert und vollkommend ausreichend. Das Badezimmer ist auch klein aber auch neurenoviert und sauber. Die UBahn ist gleich um die Ecke und man ist schnell überall. Für uns war das Hotel super.

Very close to the Earl’s Court station. Underground from Heathrow was so easy! Excellent location for walking to many sites!

Great room for three people. Modern design, nice amenities. Amazing location with general food stores, pubs, cafes and an underground station very close by.

I stayed at Merit Kensington for 1 night during a business trip. The hotel location was convenient with Earls Court Station just a 3-minute walk away, and plenty of places to grab food/drinks nearby including M&S Food, Starbucks and KFC. The hotel was clean, quiet, and good value for money. Would happily stay again!

Bad service hotel
The location was good and the room was clean, but for the good things about this hotel, that's about it. During the stay, there was no hot water at 10:00, until we called the reception. However, they just said we were being stupid and not pressing the button. Not only that, they hung up on us during the middle of the conversation. Terrible service. And to make matters worse, they wasted 3 hours trying to put it right but by that time it was 1:00 when the shower got hot water. The same thing happened tomorrow, and it was horrible.

The events described didn't take place, and clearly refers to another property. It is also anonymous and obscure.

Clean room, very comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast not served until 8am no option for earlier breakfast which was disappointing

Great for a weekend stay
Nice and comfortable stay. Very clean and nice and modern interior too. Shower was great. Reception staff were efficient but not overly welcoming. Was great to be able to store luggage before and after check in and out. Location was excellent and just around the corner from the station. Lovely area, close to shops. Was perfect for a weekend stay.
