We do our best to accommodate room preference requests made through third-party sites, this is dependent on availability on the day of check-in, and therefore, not guaranteed. Also we looked in to this case further and we found that at time of check-in we ask about room preference once again and you ask for smoking room and only with two beds was available and you agreed with it, that's the reason we gave you gave you the room you agreed to have. Also you had reservation for four nights and we never heard anything in between from you if you were not happy with the room, we would be happy to change the room for you while you were here at the property. and the last thing is, the day you checked out we had to throw away all the linens from your room to the dumpster it was so bad we don't want to mention what you did to that and the condition of the room after you left and that is the reason we have to put you in a do not rent list. if you were not happy with what you have just come to front desk and say two words and we can find the solution but should not have done what you did in the room.

sorry to hear about your experience and you were here 2 nights if you could told us about the up stair guests we could do something about it and about the house keeping services we are doing it every other day because of the virus.

we are sorry to hear that and this noise bothers some one who is a light sleeper and to some it don't bothers at all but when you come next time just mention about getting room on the other side of the freeway so it will be more quieter.

Dear Zach, we are sorry to hear that about your stay at our hotel. Based on our finding you called the front desk about changing the bed sheets and person on the phone reply that we have a office full of people lined up to get check in so he asked that weather you you would like have a set of sheets or you want some one to change it for you and you said that want to some one to change it and there was a office lined up with our guest he said it will take few minutes and some one come and change it for you but you said you want some one right now because you want to go to sleep so he said "ok" and left the office and immediately rushed out to your room with new set of sheets but by that time you were already in office and it was not even 2 minute after getting off the phone from you and you said the desk Clark that you are not satisfied with the room at all!! mean while you were there you were telling all the other customers that we had in our office not to stay her and turning them out even the new customers that pulls in the parking lot ....you should not have done that. In spite of all that we offer full refund as you explained that you were not satisfied and keep continue doing what you were doing even after couple of request not to do that we were left with no choice other then calling a help. As you mentioned in your complain that it had a simple fix and that is what we were trying to do, It was just 2 minutes man was already there in the room and started changing the sheets and the desk clerk also explained it to you that the person in the room already and even after that you still continue disturbing other customers and the situation was getting out of our control so that is the reason we have to call a COP, we usually don't and try our best to handle the situation on our own as much as possible. we didn't have to go through all this if the time you came to know that the person is already start changing bed sheets in the room was a simple fix. Sorry for taking 2 minutes to grab the new sets of bed sheet and reach out to your room but we are unable to move at the speed of light. The money for your reservation is already refunded (full) on the same day. Thank you and have bless life ahead.
