Hello Ms. Lisa, Thank you for submitting a review for our hotel, and for all your feedback. We at the hotel take pride in our customer service, and our team. We try our best to ensure that all of your booking needs are met. Unfortunately, when you booked your reservation, you selected an accessible king bed room type, and you were honored that room type. We will not know whether you need this room type or not. It was brought to our attention, after checking in to the room by your colleague to change the room type. We have been sold out from Thursday- Sunday, due to a Hockey and volleyball tournaments that were booked since June of 2023. On Saturday, 09/30/2023, Front desk supervisor explained everything and made it clear how we got the booking, and I (General Manager, Reeta P.) called and spoke with you few minutes prior to you posting your feedback and provided you via email with your itinerary from Expedia showing the room type you selected at the time of booking. If another type was available at the time it was brought to our attention, we would be more than happy to assist you and your guest to change your room type. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we hope that we can meet your expectations, the next time you stay with us.
