Dear Mrs. Graham, thank you for taking the time to write this review. You booked a standard 1 bedroom flat, so you had a room without pool view. We are sorry to hear that it was not to your liking, the photos of the room are exactly as shown on our website. Fortunately we had availability and were able to offer you another room of a higher category. We regret that the reception did not inform you properly, we have 2 restaurants. One of them is for adults only. Regarding the animation, it is true that it is more focused on children than on teenagers. We will forward your comments to the hotel manager and he will take into account all the points you have written. In short, the Marins Playa is a very family friendly hotel and perhaps we should have offered you the Marins Suites, a quieter hotel, with sea view and for adults only. If you book this hotel you have the possibility to use the facilities of the Marins Playa as well. Sehr geehrte Frau Huss, erstmal möchten wir danken für Ihre Bewertung. Sie hatten ein Apartament gebucht ins Marins Playa und wir haben Sie ein suite in marins Playa Suites gratis angeboten ohne einige Zuschlag und ohne die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ zu zahlen. Am ersten Tag haben Sie uns gar nichts von Geruch nach Kläranlage gesagt. Am zweiten Tag haben Sie uns erst informiert dass Sie unzufrieden waren und Sie ein Zimmer in höhere Etage wollten haben. Wir haben Sie dann das Apartament die Sie gebucht haben in obere Etagegegeben. Hier haben wir Ihnen #1402 gegeben. Sie haben aber selber um gebeten um in Marins Playa Suites gegen den Zuschlag von 20€ pro Nacht zu bleiben. Sie hatten uns nie informiert dass Sie mit dem Zimmer auf den fünften Stock nicht zufrieden waren, sonnst hätten wir Ihnen ein andere Apartament oder ein andere Zimmer angeboten. Wir verstehen dass das für Sie unangenehm war und wir möchten uns ausdrücklich bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Ihre Meinung ist von wesentlicher Bedeutung, damit wir uns weiter verbessern können. Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung – ich gebe Ihr Lob sehr gerne an die Rezeption weiter. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand von Cala Millor, wir haben auf der anderen Seite des Hotels einen Strand der liegt nur 150 Meter vom Hotel entfernt – Richtung Cala Bona.
