I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY CAME IN TO CHANGE TOWELS AND SHEETS BUT I DID NOT LIKE THAT THEY MOVED THINGS AROUND WHILE WE WERE STAYING IN THE ROOM. ITS NICE IF THEY PICK UP BUT IRRITATING WHEN THEY MOVE THINGS AROUND WHILE WE ARE STILL OCCUPYING THE ROOM

We daughter and I found the hotel to be just what we needed - a safe, quiet, centrally located place to stay. The hotel is going through some massive renovations so there are some twists and turns within the hotel corridors to get where you need to go! Adds to the charm I guess! The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. It backed up to a canal so we had cute views too.

The location couldn't have been better. The views from the rooms on the canal were outstanding. Located conveniently between a sex supply shop (!) and the Torture museum - and really close to a waffle shop and chocolatier.

Lovely stay for the Christmas Market
We had a lovely stay - hotel was clean, parking was nearby but needs to be booked, hotel is very central and perfect for the markets, etc! The staff at the hotel were all very nice and helpful and the bed was very comfortable!

Stay in the heart of Bruges
Perfectly appointed hotel in the middle of Bruges, within minutes of everything this beautiful medieval city has to offer! About a 15 minute walk from the train station over cobblestone streets. We had a small room on the third floor which you can walk up to or use the small elevator which fit both of us and our carryon rollling luggage. Sadly, we didn't get a room overlooking the canal but we did look out to one of the hotels which was used in the movie, "In Bruges"! The heated towel rack was non-functional, but it was a non-issue for our stay. This room was small but adequate for our needs.

Christmas market getaway
We went for Xmas market, it was very cold, snow on one day. But was disappointed with the market, thought it was bigger nevertheless we had a good time. The hotel was situated in a very good position, the view from our window was beautiful.

Overall great hotel in superb location
Fantastic location, on a superb street but still very quiet in the room. Great WiFi and the lobby is beautifully presented. Rooms are being refurbished by the seems of things and ours was lovely, better than expected. The shower was brilliant, bathtub huge, bed comfortable, overall very clean, and we enjoyed having chairs/table and a kettle in the room. Minor negatives were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was a bit dusty and a bit weak (it took ages to clear the steam); no fridge in the room; pillows were not very good; and not enough hangers provided. Also beware that reception has limited operating hours - we were not aware and were delayed when we tried checking out at 8am.

Aangezien ik er maar 2 nachten verbleef kan ik niet heel veel zeggen over het hotel, behalve dat het mij wel is bevallen. Het ligt echt in hartje centrum van Brugge, met alle hotspots op loopafstand. Tevens ligt de Markt, met al haar horecagelegenheden, op een minuutje of 2 lopen vanaf dit hotel. De kamer was vrij basic, maar de badkamer daarentegen was splinternieuw, modern en ook schoon. Dat maakt altijd al een hoop goed voor mij persoonlijk. Hoewel het in het hart van het centrum lag was het wel stil in de avond.

Todo muy bien, el único detalle fue que nos dieron una habitación de menor calidad a la que habíamos reservado y pagado. Estuvimos 2 noches y me dijeron que tal vez nos podrían trasladar la segunda noche a la habitación que correspondía situación que deje pasar dado que volver a empacar para trasladarnos por una noche me pareció contraproducente, aun así lo único que tuvimos de parte de la recepción fue una disculpa dado que no podían hacer nada.

Otelin konumu tek kelime ile harika. Sadece konumu için bile tercih edilebilir. Biz kanal manzaralı odada konakladık. Odaya doğru giderken aşağı kata inildiği için kötü bir koku (rutubet gibi) hakim. Ama odada konaklarken kötü bir koku yoktu. Otel çalışanları oldukça suratsız, ağır kanlı. Check in-check out yaparken içimiz kıyıldı. Kahvaltı ayrıca satın almadık, zaten dışarı da direkt yiyeceklerin içerisinde olduğunuz için bence hiç gerek yok.

Perfekt läge på hotellet. Trevlig personal och allt flöt på smidigt. Fantastisk utsikt från rummet ! Vi hade Budgetrum med kanalutsikt (nummer 231). Dock så var rummet kanske lite nött och skulle behöva en lite makeover…..

Bien placé mais rapport qualité-prix décevant
Hôtel très bien placé, mais cher pour le service: attribution d'une chambre pour handicapés (sans que nous l'ayons demandé), quasiment aveugle, petit déjeuner très rudimentaire, parking payant à 5 minutes, arrêt devant l'hôtel difficile. Heureusement environnement très agréable et ville magnifique.
